Հարկի վճարումը կախված է նրանից, թե անձը ինչ հայտարարագիր կներկայացնի սահմանին: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող կարգավորումներին, ըստ որի առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման ներմուծվող ապրանքների արժեքային չափը կրճատվելու է 3 անգամ, իսկ կշիռը՝ 2 անգամ:
«Եթե անձը կներկայացնի, որ 25 կգ-ից ավել բեռը դա տնտեսական գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար է մաքսային ձեւակերպում կստանա որպես այլ ռեժիմ, իսկ եթե որպես ֆիզիկական անձին ուղեկցվող բեռ կհայտարարվի, այո, կլինի 30 տոկոս բայց ոչ պակաս քան կգ-ի համար 4 եվրո»,-հայտարարեց նա:
Նշենք, որ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից առանց մաքսատուրքերի ու հարկերի վճարման ներմուծվող ապրանքների արժեքային չափը կրճատվելու է 3 անգամ, իսկ կշիռը՝ 2 անգամ: Փոփոխությունները նախատեսված են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի` 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 20-ի «Անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքների հետ կապված առանձին հարցերի վերաբերյալ» թիվ 107 որոշման մեջ ԵՏՀ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 1-ի թիվ 91 որոշմամբ:
ՊԵԿ-ը տեղեկացնում է, որ նոր կարգավորման համաձայն` եթե ֆիզիկական անձինք ԵՏՄ մաքսային տարածք ներմուծեն անձնական օգտագործման ապրանք, որի արժեքը չի գերազանցում 500 եվրոյին համարժեք գումարը, իսկ քաշը` 25 կիլոգրամը, ապա որեւէ գանձում չի կատարվի:
Չափաքանակները գերազանցելու դեպքում կիրառվելու է մաքսատուրքերի եւ հարկերի միասնական դրույքաչափ, այսինքն` ապրանքների արժեքի նկատմամբ 30%-ի չափով, բայց ոչ պակաս, քան 1 կիլոգրամի համար 4 եվրոյին համարժեք գումար նշված արժեքը կամ կշիռը գերազանցող մասի համար:
Ընդ որում, կարգավորումները վերաբերում են տրանսպորտային միջոցներով (բացի օդային տրանսպորտից) կամ առանց դրանց ԵՏՄ տարածք ներմուծվող ուղեկցվող կամ չուղեկցվող ուղեբեռում անձնական օգտագործման ապրանքներին, բացառությամբ էթիլային սպիրտի, ալկոհոլային խմիչքների, գարեջրի, անձնական օգտագործման ոչ բաժանելի ապրանքների:
