ԱԱԾ-ն կաշառք վերցնելու պահին ձերբակալել է ոստիկանի
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, 2018 թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ին, ՀՀ քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցն իրենից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ մոտ 700 ԱՄն դոլար գումար-կաշառք է պահանջել՝ ոստիկանությունում ստացված բողոքի ընթացքն իր օգտին լուծելու դիմաց:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված համապատասխան օպերատիվ-հետախուզական լայնածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության տեսուչ` Ա.Հ-ն քաղաքացի Ն.Խ-ից որպես կաշառք պահանջել է 700 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար՝ խոստանալով, որ վերջինիս դեմ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստացված բողոքին ընթացք չի տրվի, իսկ դիմումատուին կպատասխանեն, որ անհրաժեշտ է դիմել այլ իրավասու մարմնին: Սակարկությունների արդյունքում պահանջվող կաշառքը դարձել է 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 26-ին ժամը 12-ի սահմաններում քաղաքացին ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների անմիջական վերահսկողության ներքո ոստիկանական ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայում Ա.Հ-ին է փոխանցել 500 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, ինչից հետո վերջինս բռնվել է ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից, իսկ գումարը հայտնաբերվել է ավտոմեքենայի սրահից:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստված նյութերը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության միջոցով փոխանցվել են ՀՀ ՀՔԾ, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, Ա.Հ-ն ձերբակալվել է:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
