Իսպանիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը կասեցրեց Կատալոնիայի անկախության մասին բանաձեւի գործողությունը

Իսպանիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը քննության է ընդունել Կատալոնիայի անկախության բանաձեւի անօրինականության վերաբերյալ երկրի կառավարության հայցը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հղում անելով Cadena Ser ռադիոկայանին, դատարանը միաձայն այս որոշումն է կայացրել ամբողջ կազմով արտահերթ նիստ անցկացնելուց հետո:

Այդպիսով, Իսպանիայի Սահմանադրության 161.2 հոդվածի համաձայն, բանաձեւի գործողությունը կասեցվում է մինչեւ ՍԴ-ի կողմից համապատասխան վճռի կայացումը:

Նոյեմբերի 11-ին ավելի վաղ Իսպանիայի կառավարությունը դատարան դիմում էր ներկայացրել փաստաթղթի բողոքարկման մասին: Մադրիդի տվյալներով՝ անջատականների բանաձեւը խախտում է թագավորության Սահմանադրության ութ հոդված: Բացի այդ, Կատալոնիայի 21 պաշտոնատարներ, այդ թվում՝ վարչապետը եւ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը, կարող են հեռացվել պաշտոններից ՍԴ-ի որոշումները չկատարելու դեպքում:

Մինչդեռ, ինչպես հայտարարել է Կատալոնիայի փոխվարչապետ Նեուս Մունտեն, ինքնավարության կառավարությունը ենթարկվում է մարզի «սուվերեն խորհրդարանին»:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Կատալոնիայի իշխանությունները «ցանկանում են առաջ շարժել բանաձեւի բովանդակությունը»: «Պատճառներն ակներեւ են. դա սուվերեն խորհրդարանի մանդատն է»,- նշել է մարզի կաբինետի փոխղեկավարը: Նա նաեւ պնդել է, որ Մադրիդը ՍԴ-ն  օգտագործել Է կատալոնցիների «ազատության ձգտման» դեմ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
