Վալետայում շարունակվում է միգրացիոն ճգնաժամին նվիրված ԵՄ-Աֆրիկա գագաթնաժողովը

Շարունակվում է միգրացիոն ճգնաժամին նվիրված ԵՄ-Աֆրիկա երկօրյա գագաթնաժողովը, որը նոյեմբերի 11-ին բացվել է Վալետայում: Քառասունից ավելի եվրոպական ու աֆրիկյան երկրների ղեկավարներ, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ են հավաքվել Մալթայի մա յրաքաղաքում, որպեսզի միասին փորձեն գտնել Եվրոպա փախստականների չդադարող հոսքը կանգնեցնելու միջոցները: Գագաթնաժողովի մասնակիցները ոչ մի հայտարարություն չեն անի աշխատանքի առաջին օրվա արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:
Գագաթնաժողովի գլխավոր արդյունքը պետք է դառնա առաջիկա տարիներին միգրացիայի հարցում գործողությունների համատեղ ծրագրի ընդունումը: Այդ մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ԵՄ-ի դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին: «Մենք կունենանք համատեղ հայտարարություն, ինչպես նաեւ գործողությունների համատեղ ծրագիր՝ կոնկրետ քայլերով, որոնք անհրաժեշտ կլինի կատարել մի քանի տարվա ընթացքումե,- ասել է նա եւ հավելել, որ Վալետայի գագաթնաժողովը կոչված է ԵՄ-ի եւ Աֆրիկայի միջեւ կամուրջ գցել միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի դեմ պայքարում:
ԵՄ-ի գագաթնաժողովը մտադիր է 1,7 մլրդ եվրոյի չափով նպատակային հիմնադրամ գործարկել Աֆրիկայի երկրների համար: Սակայն Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ այդ գումարը բավարար չէ միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի դեմ արդյունավետ կերպով պայքարելու համար:
Ելույթ ունենալով գագաթնաժողովում՝ Աֆրիկյան միության ներկայացուցիչ Նկոսազան Դլամինի Զուման հայտարարել է, որ Աֆրիկյան միությունը կտրականապես դեմ է երրորդ երկրներում փախստականների ընդունման կենտրոնների ստեղծմանը:
«Աֆրիկյան միության հանձնաժողովը չի պաշտպանում Աֆրիկայում կենտրոնների ստեղծումը, քանի որ դրանք դե ֆակտո կդառնան հսկիչ կենտրոններ, ինչը մարդու իրավունքների լուրջ խախտում էե,- ասել է նա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ միգրանտները կարող են դառնալ նման կենտրոնների զոհեր: Հատկապես դա վերաբերում Է կանանց ու երեխաներին, որոնց «կսպառնան բռնաբարությունն ու օրգանների առեւտուրըե, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
