«168 ժամ». «Չի բացառվում, որ գազի գինը բարձրանա»
ECONOMICS«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայ-ռուսական քաղաքական հարթությունում, որն անդրադառնում է նաեւ տնտեսական կապերի վրա, վերանայումների փուլ է, եւ այդ վերանայումներից հետո ստեղծված հարաբերություններից է կախված՝ կլինի՞ գնի նվազում, թե՞ ընդհակառակը: Ներկայումս ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ կան նաեւ խնդիրներ, որոնք ի հայտ են գալիս երկկողմ հարաբերություններում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ: Կողմերը փորձում են լուծումներ տալ ստեղծվող խնդիրներին, դրանցից մեկն էլ այսօր գազի գինն է, որը կարտացոլի այն վստահությունը, որը կա հարաբերություններում:
Ակնհայտ է, դրա մասին հրապարակայնորեն խոսել են նաեւ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, որ ցանկանում են գազի գնի իջեցում: Էժան գազ բոլորն են ցանկանում, բայց գազի գինը նաեւ քաղաքականություն է, դրանով Ռուսաստանը հստակեցնում է իր ավելի լայն քաղաքականությունը»,- «168 Ժամի» հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է ռուս տնտեսագետ Կոնստանտին Սիմոնովը՝ անդրադառնալով 2019-ից Հայաստան մատակարարվելիք ռուսական գազի գնին:
Նա նշել է, որ իր համար ներկայումս տեսանելի չէ, թե որքանով են կողմերը հաջողել լուծել այն խնդիրները, որոնք առաջացել են, ըստ էության, դեռ դրանք պահպանվում են, ուստի դժվար է ասել, թե ինչ համաձայնության կգան կողմերը: «Չի բացառվում, որ բարձրանա գինը»,- ասել է նա: Եթե խոսենք տնտեսական բաղադրիչի մասին, ապա, նրա խոսքով, այստեղ բավականին ծավալուն աշխատանքի կարիք կա:
Ռուս քաղաքական մեկ այլ վերլուծաբան՝ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը, եւս կարծում է, որ գազի գինը ոչ այնքան տնտեսական հարց է, որքան քաղաքական: Ըստ նրա, գազի գնի շուրջ բանակցությունների ելքը, այսինքն` որոշումը, ցույց կտա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ներկայիս որակը, քանի որ ամեն ինչ չէ, որ հասկանալի է:
«Հուսամ, որ որեւէ որոշումից հայ սպառողն անհարամարվետություն չի զգա: Բայց ես եւս չեմ բացառում, որ գազի գինը բարձրանա սահմանին, գուցե այդ դեպքում հնարավոր լինի «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության ծախսերի կրճատման միջոցով խնդիրը որոշակիորեն մեղմել: Սակայն առաջիկա բանակցությունների արդյունքը շատ ավելի լուրջ հարցերում հայ-ռուսական փոխըմբռնման մակարդակի ցուցիչը կդառնա»,- ասել է Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը»:
