Պաշտպանը բողոքարկել է Վաչագան Ղազարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացնելու դատարանի որոշումը

Սերժ Սարգսյանի թիկնազորի նախկին պետ Վաչագան Ղազարյանի պաշտպանը ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում բողոքարկել է իր պաշտպանյալի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացնելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 24–ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ղազարյանի պաշտպան Արմեն Հարությունյանը:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, դատավոր Ռոբերտ Պապոյանի նախագահությամբ, դեկտեմբերի 13–ին որոշում է կայացրել ևս երկու ամսով երկարաձգել Վաչագան Ղազարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը։

Ղազարյանը կալանավորվել էր հունիսի 27-ին, ապա նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել 1 մլրդ դրամ գրավը: Դատախազությունը բողոքարկել էր այս որոշումը, որի արդյունքում կայացվել է Ղազարյանին կրկին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ որոշում:

Նա մեղադրվում է բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերում իր ունեցած դրամական միջոցների իրական չափի մասին հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները թաքցնելու և ապօրինի հարստանալու մեջ։

Կալանավորումը երկարաձգելու որոշումից օրեր առաջ Վաչագան Ղազարյանը հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով իր և ընկերոջ կողմից  մոտ 6 միլիոն դոլար փոխանցել պետությանը։

Արմեն Հարությունյանը NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այդ հայտարարությանը որևէ ընթացք չի տրվել, ինչը, ըստ նրա՝ զարմանալի է։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ հունիսի 20-ին Վաչագան Ղազարյանի` Տերյան փողոցի բնակարանում հայտնաբերվել էր 35 մլն դրամ, 1 110 400 դոլար, 230 500 եվրո։ Իսկ հունիսի 25-ին Ղազարյանը «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի իր հաշվեհամարից կանխիկացրել էր 50 հազար դոլար, «Յունիբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի իր հաշվեհամարից՝ 120 հազար դոլար և 436 մլն դրամ, որից անմիջապես հետո բերման էր ենթարկվել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն։

Քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Վաչագան Ղազարյանը 2017թ. իր գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց հայտարարագրում, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները դադարեցնելու օրվա՝ 2018թ. մայիսի 17-ի դրությամբ, գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց հայտարարագրում թաքցրել է իր ունեցած դրամական միջոցների իրական չափը, որը հանգեցրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի՝ 460 մլն դրամի, 1 272 900 դոլարի և 124 մլն դրամին համարժեք՝ 218 000 եվրոյի չհայտարարագրման։ Բացի դրանից, նախկին պաշտոնյայի գույքի ավելացումն էականորեն գերազանցել է նրա օրինական եկամուտները և ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվում։
