Մի քանի հազար սպայի և ենթասպայի վարկերի տոկոսները կիսով չափ կկրճատվեն
SOCIETYՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է, որ կառավարությունն առաջիկա որոշումներով պատրաստվում է վերակառուցել ՀՀ զինված ուժերի մի քանի հազար սպայի և ենթասպայի նախկինում վերցրած վարկերը:
«Որոշման իմաստը այդ վարկերի տոկոսադրույքը մինչև կիսով չափ կրճատելն է և սպասարկման ժամկետը երկարացնելը: Որպես արդյունք, ասենք եթե ԶՈւ ծառայողը ամեն ամիս վարկի սպասարկման (մարման) համար վճարում է 50,000 դրամ, նախատեսվող փոփոխություններից հետո այդ նույն, բայց վերակառուցված վարկի համար կսկսի վճարել ասենք՝ 250,000 դրամ: Մինչև կիսով չափ քիչ»,- գրել է Փաշինյանը:
Նա հավելել է, որ առաջիկայում կայացվելիք այլ որոշումներով կառավարությունը կանդրադառնա նաև նախկին զինվորականներին բնակարաններ ձեռքբերելուն աջակցելու հարցին:
«Սա, իհարկե, ամբողջական լուծում չի դառնա, բայց հարցը մեռյալ կետից կշարժվի: Առաջիկայում կարևոր որոշումներ կկայացնենք նաև գործող զինվորականների բնակարանների ձեռքբերման թեմայով», - գրել է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:
Ավելի վաղ, ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ նախատեսվում է զինծառայողների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման պետական աջակցության ծրագրով հիփոթեքային վարկի կանխավճարը 10% սահմանել:
