Դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի ունեցավ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը: Մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության կենտրոնական ապարատի, գլխավոր վարչությունների, վարչությունների, բաժինների, Երևան քաղաքի, մարզային վարչությունների ու ենթակա բաժինների պետերը, ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատարությունն ու կրթահամալիրի ղեկավարությունը: Ոստիկանության պետը նախ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների ընթացքում բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար, ինչի շնորհիվ Հայաստանը ունեցավ աննախադեպ ազատ, արդար ու թափանցիկ ընտրություններ: Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ոստիկանության բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներին հրամայեց անցնել ուժեղացված ծառայության: Հրահանգներ տրվեցին ըստ ծառայությունների. շուկաների, առևտրի կենտրոնների, տոնավաճառների շրջակայքում կատարել շրջիկ ծառայություն, օպերատիվ գործունեություն իրականացնող ծառայողներին հանձնարարականներ տրվեցին շուրջօրյա ծառայությամբ կանխել, նախականխել ու բացահայտել հանցագործությունները, նաև ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել համաներմամբ ազատ արձակված անձանց, նրանց հետ տանել բացատրական աշխատանք: Ոստիկանության պետը նշեց, որ տոնական օրերին պետք է բացառվի լռության կանոնների խախտումները: Հրավառություններն իրականացնել մինչև ժամը 23-ը, օրենքը բացառություն է սահմանում միայն Ամանորի գիշերը: Հետևել հրավտանգ իրերի առևտրին, թույլ չտալ վաճառքը անչափահասներին: Լռության կանոնների խախտումները բացառելու ուղղությամբ հանդիպումներ ունենալ ռեստորանային համալիրների ու զվարճանքի վայրերի տնօրինությունների հետ, կատարել բացատրական աշխատանք: Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը հրահանգվեց ուժեղացնել ծառայությունը մայրաքաղաքում և մարզերում: Այս օրերին հիմնականում Երևանում ծանրաբեռնվում է երթևեկությունը, այդ պատճառով բոլոր բանուկ խաչմերուկներում անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել ուժեղացված ծառայություն: Տոնական օրերին ոստիկանության զորքերը կլինեն պետական սահմանին: Ոստիկանության պետը ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակլություն հայտնելով նրանց՝ հորդորեց այդ օրերին կրկնապատկել ուշադրությունն ու զգոնությունը և մաղթեց բարի ու խաղաղ ծառայություն: Ոստիկանության պետը ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ շնորհավորեց անձնակազմին գալիք տոների կապակցությամբ և նշեց, որ թեև հանգստյան ու տոնական օրեր են լինելու, սակայն ոստիկանության համար՝ առավել ծանրաբեռնված ու շուրջօրյա աշխատանքային: Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ ոստիկանությունն ինչպես ընտրություններին, այնպես էլ այս անգամ բարեխիղճ ծառայությամբ կապահովի մեր քաղաքացիների հանգիստն ու անվտանգությունը: Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների ընթացքում բարեխիղճ ծառայության, հանցագործություններ բացահայտելու, հետախուզվողներ հայտնաբերելու և հասարակական կարգի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողներ պարգևատրվեցին:
