Բողոքի ակցիա Էջմիածնում. պահանջում են կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին
SOCIETYԷջմիածնում երեկ գիշերվանից շարունակվում են գեներալ–լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ բողոքի ակցիաները։ Ակցիայի մասնակիցները պահանջում են, որպեսզի Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կրկին կալանավորվի:
Այս պահին փակ են քաղաքի կենտրոնական փողոցները, հրապարակը: Ակցիայի մասնակիցներին են միանում են նաև մեքենաների վարորդները: Կան նաև վարորդներ, որոնք ճանապարհը փակած քաղաքացիների հետ վիճում են:
Ոստիկանությունը հերթապահություն է իրականացնում տեղում` թույլ չտալով բախումներ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը 25 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց երեկ գիշեր ազատ է արձակվել կալանքից։
Սեպտեմբերին Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ նշանակված բժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքում նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 16-ից ավելի հիվանդություն, այդ թվում` քաղցկեղ և շաքարային դիաբետ:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին մտահոգություններ էր ներկայացրել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը, նրա խոսքով՝ բացահայտվել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի առողջական և հոգեբանական վիճակի բացասական դինամիկա: Արման Թաթոյանը նաև նշել էր, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի հետ առանձնազրույցի արդյունքում համապատասխան գրություն են ուղարկել թե՛ իրավապահներին, թե՛ Արդարադատության նախարարություն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը ևս երկու ամսով երկարացրել էր: Դատարանը Մարինե Մելքոնյանի նախագահությամբ բավարարել էր նախաքննական մարմնի միջնորդությունը:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու, ինչպես նաև առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույք հափշտակելու մեջ։ Նա կալանավորվել է այս տարվա հունիսին, դատարանը արդեն երրորդ անգամ էր նրա կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացրել:
