SOCIETYՀավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար նշանակելու մասին կազմակերպության հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումը ստորագրելու ժամկետները հստակեցված չեն. այդ փաստաթուղթը պետք է ստորագրեն կազմակերպության անդամ բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ռիա նովոստի»-ին ասել է ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Զայնետդինովը:
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարությունը տեղեկատվություն չունի, թե Լուկաշենկոյից բացի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ղեկավարներից որևէ մեկը ստորագրե՞լ է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար նշանակելու մասին որոշման նախագիծ, թե՞ ոչ, քանի որ դրա ժամկետները դեռ հստակեցված չեն: «Ես այդ մասին որևէ տեղեկություն չունեմ»,- ասել է նա:
Բելառուսական լրատվամիջոցները դեկտեմբերի 21-ին տեղեկատվություն են տարածել այնմասին, որ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն ստորագրել է ՀԱՊԿ հավաքականանվտանգության խորհրդի որոշումը՝ Ստանիսլավ Զասին կազմակերպության գլխավորքարտուղար նշանակելու մասին:
Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետքարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը Բելառուսինախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հետ հանդիպումից հետո՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցումհույս է հայտնել, որ կոնսենսուսով կնշանակվի ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում: Նրաթեկնածությանը համաձայնել են Ղրղզստանի, Ղազախստանի, Տաջիկստանի ուՌուսաստանինախագահները: Զասն այցելել է այդ երկրներ և հանդիպել նախագահների հետ: «Հանդիպումներն անցել են դրական մթնոլորտում, արդյունավետ ու օգտակար ինձհամար»,- ասել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետքարտուղարը: Նա հայտնել է, որհանդիպումներիժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ երկրների առաջնորդները խոսել են տարածաշրջանումիրադրության ուկազմակերպության գործունեության իրենց գնահատականների մասին: «Կարծում եմ՝ մնացածօրերի ընթացքում կամ գալիք տարվա առաջին օրերին բոլոր իրավականգործընթացներըկիրականացվեն և կսկսվի աշխատանքը նոր պաշտոնում»,- նշել է Զասը: Հարցին, թե արդյոքծրագրվում է հանդիպում Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հետ՝ նապատասխանել է. «Պատրաստեմ Հայաստանի վարչապետի համար ցանկացած հարմարժամանակ մեկնել այնտեղ ուհանդիպել նրա, արտգործնախարարի և պաշտպանությաննախարարի հետ, քննարկել այնհնարավոր հարցերը կամ խնդիրները, որոնք տեսնում ենկառույցի գործունեության մեջ, ևհետագայում աշխատել այդ հարցերի շուրջ»:
