ՔԿ-ն Երևանի 50 ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության համար
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթ է ընդունվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալուն դրդելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1968 թվականին, տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում և տարբեր անձանց առերևույթ դրդել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալ պաշտոնատար անձանց, իսկ իրեն փոխանցված գումարները՝ խարդախությամբ հափշտակել:
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի 50-ամյա բնակիչը, 2014թ. թվականի սկզբներին ծանոթանալով ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկի հրամանատարի հետ և տեղեկանալով, որ նա ցանկություն ունի ծառայությունը շարունակել ՀՀ տարածքում տեղակայված ՌԴ զորամասերից որևէ մեկում, կեղծ տեղեկություններ է ներկայացրել, թե, իբր, ռուսական զորքերում կապեր ունի և կարող է կազմակերպել նրա ծառայությունը ռուսական զորքերում: Նախնական տվյալներով՝ զորամասի հրամանատարը մաս-մաս, ինչպես նաև բանկային փոխանցումներով 50-ամյա տղամարդուն տվել է ընդհանուր 6.500 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար: Սակայն վերջինս չի կատարել տված խոստումը և խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է իրեն փոխանցված գումարը:
Բացի այդ, 50-ամյա տղամարդը, 2016թ. տեղեկանալով, որ իր ծանոթը ցանկություն ունի զբաղեցնել անտառտնտեսության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, հարցը լուծելու համար, իր միջոցով պաշտոնատար անձանց կաշառք տալու պատրվակով, նշված անձին առերևույթ դրդել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 10 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք տալուն: Արդյունքում՝ 2016թ. մարտ և հունիս ամիսներին, քաղաքացին անձամբ 50-ամյա տղամարդուն փոխանցել է նշված գումարը, սակայն վերջինս խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է այն:
Այնուհետև՝ 2018թ. ամռան սկզբներին 1968թ. ծնված տղամարդը, իր ծանոթին՝ Սյունիքի մարզի բնակչին, ով աշխատում է որպես հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատի վարորդ, հորդորել է համապատասխան գումարի դիմաց զբաղեցնել ղեկավար պաշտոն, որն իրականացնելու համար, նրան դրդել է խոշոր չափերով՝ 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք տալ պաշտոնատար անձանց: Սյունիքի մարզի բնակիչը, իր օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու դիմաց, համապատասխան անձանց կաշառք տալու նպատակով, 2018թ. սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին անձամբ 50-ամյա տղամարդուն է փոխանցել 700 000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, մինչդեռ վերջինս, ստանալով նշված գումարը, չի կատարել իր կողմից տրված խոստումը և խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է այն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 50-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ), 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 38-34-312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (2 դրվագ) և 38-34-312-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
