SOCIETYԻնչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության տեեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ լապերի վարչությունից, ջերմորեն ողջունելով երիտասարդ մասնագետներին՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նրանց՝ նախարարության աշխատանքներին անշահախնդիր և ակտիվ մասնակցելու համար և ուրախությամբ փաստել, որ վերջին շրջանում գերատեսչության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքներում ակնհայտորեն ուրվագծվում է երիտասարդների ներգրավվածությունը։ Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նաև նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր առջև խնդիր է դրել ինքնաիրացման ազատ դաշտ բացել բարձր մասնագիտական որակներ ունեցող մասնագետների համար։ Կարևորելով հատկապես բուհն ավարտած երիտասարդների ներգրավումը պետական կառավարման համակարգում՝ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ կառավարության համակարգային փոփոխություններից հետո իրենց լավագույնս դրսևորած պրակտիկանտներից ոմանց համար հնարավորություն կստեղծվի աշխատանքի անցնել արդեն նոր գերատեսչություններում։
«Չեմ ուզում ցածրացնել տարիների փորձ ունեցող մասնագետների դերը, բայց փաստ է նաև, որ այդ փորձին զուգահեռ մեզ պետք է նաև երիտասարդական ավյուն։ Այս եռամսյա պրակտիկայի արդյունքում էլ մենք ականատես եղանք, որ անփորձ երիտասարդները շատ բան կարող են տալ պետական կառավարման համակարգին»,- նշել է Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։
Իրենց հերթին երիտասարդները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել նախարարությունում պրակտիկա անցնելու ընձեռնված բացառիկ հնարավորության համար և ընդգծել, որ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքներում ամբողջական ծավալով ներգրավումն ու դրանց մեջ սեփական մասնակցության մասնաբաժինն ունենալը չափազանց էական էր մասնագիտական գիտելիքների և աշխատանքային ունակությունների կատարելագործման տեսանկյունից։
