Դեկտեմբերի 20-ին Նիդերլանդներում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Բալայանը Հաագայում հանդիպեց Սենատի նախագահ Անկի Բրոեկերս-Կնոլին (Ankie Broekens-Knol)։

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, ողջունելով դեսպան Բալայանին` Սենատի նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ ինքն ամենաջերմ հիշողություններն է պահպանում Հայաստան կատարած այցելությունից, որի ժամանակ կարողացավ առավել լավ բացահայտել հին քաղաքակրթություն և ուրույն մշակույթ ունեցող մի երկիր։

 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Տիգրան Բալայանը Նիդերլանդների Սենատի ղեկավարին ներկայացրեց թավշյա հեղափոխությունից ի վեր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունները, դեկտեմբերին կայացած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ու ժողովրդական լայն մանդատ ունեցող կառավարության կողմից բարեփոխումների իրականացման տեսլականն ու արդեն ձեռնարկված և ծրագրվող քայլերը։

 

Դեսպան Բալայանը կարևորեց խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունը, օրենսդիր մարմինների անդամների փոխայցելությունները և համագործակցությունը՝ ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ հարթակներում՝ ընգծելով դրա կարևորությունը միմյանց ճանաչելու և միջպետական կապերը խորացնելու գործընթացում։

 

Հանդիպմանը մտքեր փոխանակվեցին միջխորհրդարանական փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման, երկու երկրների օրենսդիր մարմինների աշխատակազմերի միջև փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրերի շուրջ։

 

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան Հայաստանի և Նիդերլանդների միջև համագործակցության ընդլայնման նախաձեռնություններին։ Սենատի նախագահն իր աջակցությունը հայտնեց փոխգործակցության խթանման ծրագրերին։
