ՊԵԿ-ը նախազգուշացնում է` մետաղադրամով շահագործվող խաղային ավտոմատները պետք է համապատասխանեն օրենքի պահանջներին

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության պաշտոնական պարզաբանման համաձայն` ավտոմեքենաների լցակայաններում, զվարճությունների, հանգստի կազմակերպման և այլ վայրերում մետաղադրամով շահագործվող ավտոմատների միջոցով խաղերի («Хватайка») կազմակերպման գործունեություն է համարվում միայն այն ավտոմատների տեղադրումն ու շահագործումը, որոնցում շահումները բացառապես խաղալիքներ են:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, տարբեր տիպի լիցքավորման լարերը կամ սարքերը, հեռախոսները, կրակայրիչները, ծխախոտը և այլ իրերը խաղալիք չեն համարվում, իսկ դրանց օգտագործումը չի համապատասխանում արտոնագրային վճարով հարկվող ավտոմատների գործունեության կազմակերպմանը ներկայացվող պահանջներին:

 

«Այն ավտոմատները, որոնցում շահումը տրվում է ոչ թե խաղալիքների, այլ մետաղադրամների տեսքով, հանդիսանում են շահումով խաղեր: Շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպումը լիցենզավորվող գործունեություն է, որն առանց լիցենզիայի իրականացնելը հանգեցնում է տուգանքների` պետական տուրքի տասնապատիկի չափով, այսինքն` Ծաղկաձորում` 1.5 մլրդ դրամ, Սևանում` 1.2 մլրդ դրամ, Ջերմուկում` 800 մլն դրամ, Մեղրիում` 300 մլն դրամ, իսկ այլ վայրերում` 45 մլրդ դրամ: Բացի այդ գանձվում է լիզենզիան ստանալու համար օրենքով սահմանված պետական տուրքի դրույքաչափով վնասի հատուցում:

 

Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը` ՊԵԿ-ը մետաղադրամով շահագործվող խաղային ավտոմատներով խաղեր կազմակերպողներին նախազգուշացնում է, որ սեղմ ժամկետում խաղային ավտոմատները համապատասխանեցնեն օրենքի պայմաններին, իսկ դրանց չհամապատասխանող և շահումով խաղ հանդիսացող ավտոմատների շահագործումը դադարեցնեն` տուգանքներից և տույժերից զերծ մնալու նպատակով»,- ասված է ՊԵԿ-ի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:
