Նախօրեին «Արմենիա Մարիոթում» տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության նիստը: Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել և որոշվել է իշխանության մարմիններում ՔՊ ներկայացուցչության կառուցվածքն ու ողջ կոնգլոմերատը: Ըստ այդ՝ որոշվել է Աժ նախագահի թեկնածու առաջադրել Արարատ Միրզոյանին, փոխնախագահներ` Ալեն Սիմոնյանին և Լենա Նազարյանին: Խմբակցության ղեկավար առաջադրվել է մշակույթի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լիլիթ Մակունցը, քարտուղար` Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը: ՔՊ-ն նաև նաև որոշել է` ովքեր են աշխատելու ԱԺ 10 մշտական հանձնաժողովներում: Երեկվա նիստում առաջարկվել են մի քանի հանձնաժողովների նախագահների թեկնածուներ, որ քվեարկությամբ ընդունվել են:

Դիլիջանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրագրողներին ասել էր, որ նախարարների կարգավիճակում շատ մեծ անակնկալներ չեն լինի և հաստատել էր, որ նախարարությունների թիվը կկրճատվի` 12:

Դժվար չէ կռահել, որ պատգամավոր դարձող նախկին նախարարների նախարարությունները կամ կվերանան, կամ կմիացվեն իրար: Կառավարության կառուցվածքը հաստատելիս Փաշինյանն առիթ կունենա իր որոշումները հիմնավորելու և միանշանակ կասի, որ պետական կառավարման համակարգը չափից դուրս ուռճացված է, բազում գործառնություններ կրկնում են միմյանց, պետք է խնայել հարկատուների գումարներն ու առավել ճկուն, կառավարելի համակարգ ունենալու համար են արվել կրճատումներն ու միավորումները: Այդպես էլ կա, բայց դա չի պատասխանում հարցին, թե ի՞նչ են անելու կրճատված աշխատակիցները` մեխանիկորեն տեղափոխվելու են Աժ` իբրև աշխատակազմի համալրու՞մ, թե՞ համալրելու են աշխատաշուկան: Իսկ առավել կարևոր հարցը` նոր կառուցվածքով կառավարությունը համարժեք լինելու՞ է իր լուծելիք խնդիրներին:

Ի պատասխան լրատվական դաշտում շրջանառվող հոռետեսական տեսակետների, որ ընդդիմությունը վերանում է, փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ իրական ընդդիմությունը «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ներսում է լինելու: Հավանաբար` նկատի ուներ ՀԱԿ-ի փորձը և Նիկոլի առաջին պատգամավորական ժամկետը: Ստացվում է` ՔՊ-ում կարող է ներքին քննարկումը դիտվել ընդդիմություն: Սա ավելի սկանդալային հայտարարություն է: Ընդդիմության գոյությանը կասկածողներին ու ընդդիմություն որոնողներին օգնության է գալու կյանքը` ՔՊ-ի իշխանության գալով դրախտի դռները չեն բացվելու, հակառակը` սկսվում է խնդիրները լուծելու ժամանակը: Պարզ է, որ միանգամից ու առատության եղջյուրից հաջողությունները չեն թափվելու Հայաստանի վրա և ՔՊ-ն էլ իր սխալներն ու ձախողումներն է ունենալու` դատելով պատգամավորների կազմից ու իրենց ապագա աշխատանքի մասին պատկերացումներից, ավելի ճիշտ` պատկերացումների բացակայությունից:
