«Նոր Հայաստանի», «կրկնվող երազի» ու կենացի մասին

Վերջին երկու տասնամյակում Հայաստանն ասես «կրկնվող երազների» տեսություն հիշեցնող թմբիրի մեջ լիներ, երբ քաղաքական դաշտի խաղացողները մերթընդմերթ իշխանափոխության սցենարներ էին գծում, բայց վերջնարարին հասնել այդպես էլ չէր հաջողվում: Դա հաջողվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ վերջապես վերջ դրեց իշխանափոխության մասին անավարտ երազներին ու խրոխտ ձայնով ազդարարեց «նոր Հայաստանի» սկիզբը: Ըստ վերոնշյալ տեսության՝ Փաշինյանն այժմ պետք է իրականություն վերադառնա ու կառուցի իրապես նորը, տարբերվողն ու այլընտրանքայինը: «Նոր իրողությունների» ու «նոր Հայաստանի» մասին Նիկոլի հայտարարությունները, սակայն, առայժմ «կրկնվող երազների» հարթությունում են կամ կենացային մակարդակից այն կողմ չեն անցնում: Ինչքան էլ հասարակությանը համոզենք, թե «դուխով» կարելի է 5 կգ կարտոֆիլ ու 2 մատնաքաշ գնել, մարդիկ մի գեղեցիկ օր հասկանալու են, որ սոված են ու պահանջատիրոջ իրավունքով իրական փոփոխությունների հայտ են ներկայացնելու:

Նախքան ընտրություններն իշխող ուժը հասարակության արդեն իսկ դժգոհող հատվածի և չորրորդ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներիս քննադատություններին ի պատասխան «մեղմացուցիչ դեպք հանցանաց»-ներ ուներ։ Դրանցից առաջինը մեղքը նախկին, բայց դեռևս լծակներ ունեցող իշխանությունների՝ «Հանրապետականի» վրա գցելն էր: Ասում էին՝ պետության կառավարման լծակներն ամբողջությամբ մեր ձեռքում չեն, հետևաբար. չենք կարող բարձրացված հարցերին լուծում տալ: Իրողությունն այժմ բոլորին այլ է. ՀՀԿ-ն ո՛չ լիազորություն ունի, ո՛չ էլ նվազագույն մանդատ նորընտիր խորհրդարանում, հետևաբար երկրի համար կարևորագույն հարցերի լուծման ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը նորերի վրա է:

Երկրորդը որոշ լրատվականների և հանրության մի հատվածին հակահեղափոխականի տիտղոս «շնորհելն» էր: Սրտնեղում էին, թե լրագրողները չարակամ են, չեն թողնում աշխատել, հորդորում էին սպասել ընտրությունների ավարտին, նոր միայն պահանջներ ներկայացնել: Ընտրություններն այժմ անցյալում են, և երկրի կառավարումը ստանձնածները մանևրելու տարբերակ չունեն այլևս, բացի «թողեք աշխատանքը» «թողեք սովորենքով» փոխարինելուց:

Թե ով ինչքան ու ինչպես կսովորի, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թեև նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ կազմակերպված բանավեճերը փաստեցին, որ իշխանության եկածները պետք է այբուբենից սկսեն: Իհարկե, հասարակությունը մեծահոգաբար կուլ կգնա նաև նորեկների «թողեք սովորենքի» հորդորին, բայց դա կլինի արդեն 27 պատգամավորի համար բյուջեից հավելյալ գումար հատկացնելու, նրանց մեծ մասի համար մայրաքաղաքում բնակարան վարձելու, պետական ապարատում խոստացված, բայց այդպես էլ չկրճատված ավտոպարկը սպասարկելու, մանր չինովնիկների չաղ ու բախտավոր կյանքն ապահովելու ու տարաբնույթ այլ երևույթների հաշվին:
