ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում ավարտվել է ՍՊ ընկերության հիմնադիր և գործադիր տնօրենի կողմից փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացման և խաբեության կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով գույքային վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 29-ամյա կնոջը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակչուհին՝ ծնված 1989 թվականին,  2013 թվականից հանդիսացել է «Համար մեկ տուրիստական գործակալություն» ՍՊ ընկերության հիմնադիրը և գործադիր տնօրենը, իսկ 2016 թվականից մեկ այլ  ՍՊ ընկերությունում աշխատել է՝ որպես արտագնա տուրիզմի մենեջեր:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ 2015թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսից մինչև 2016թ. հուլիս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 29-ամյա կինը խարդախության, յուրացման եղանակով նշված ընկերությունների հաճախորդներից մաս-մաս ստացել և հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումարներ, խաբեության և վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով տարբեր ընկերություններին պատճառել խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս, ինչպես նաև՝ պատրաստել և իրացրել է իրավունք վերապահող պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր հանդիսացող մուտքի կեղծ արտոնագրեր և համապատասխան բանկային հաշվին գումարի փոխանցման վերաբերյալ վճարման կեղծ փաստաթղթեր: Քրեական գործով տուժող է ճանաչվել 12 անձ:

Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են առերևույթ կատարված հանցագործությունների հանգամանքները, մեխանիզմը:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Երևանի 29-ամյա բնակչուհուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (2 դրվագ), 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 184-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:

Պատճառված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնասը՝ շուրջ 14 079 680 ՀՀ դրամ, վերականգնելու համար գործակալության տնօրենին պատկանող անշարժ գույքի վրա արգելանք է դրվել:

Հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
