Նոր կառավարության կառուցվածքում Սփյուռքի նախարարության չլինելու հավանականությունը բավական մեծ է: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 19-ին «Ներուժ» ծրագրի մասնակիցների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Մենք հիմա քննարկումների փուլում ենք, և մեր ու, ընդհանրապես, պետական կառավարման համակարգում ամենակարևոր խնդիրը՝ հասնել կառավարման առավել արդյունավետ մակարդակի, այդ թվում՝ սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններում: Կա այդպիսի հավանականություն, և բավականին մեծ է այդ հավանականությունը, որ նոր կառավարության կառուցվածքում սփյուռքի նախարարություն չենք ունենա, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ մենք այլ կառույցների միջոցով այդ կապն արդյունավետ չենք դարձնի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը վերջնական որևէ բան չասաց, սակայն նկատեց, որ այս խնդրի լուծման մի քանի տարբերակներ են քննարկվում:

«Ամենակարևոր, ինստիտուցիոնալ խնդիրը հետևյալն է, որ սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների կոմպոնենտ ունեն այսօրվա դրությամբ մեր բոլոր նախարարությունները, առանց բացառության, և այդ ոչ բոլոր կոմպոնենտներով է զբաղվում Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը: Սա ինստիտուցիոնալ խնդիր է, որը մենք պետք է լուծենք, և դա լուծելու մի քանի տարբերակներ կան, որոնց վրա աշխատում ենք»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ առկա նախարարությունների թիվը կրճատելու նպատակ ունեն:
