Սիրիահայ կանանց հնարավորությունների մեծացմանն ուղղված ծրագիրը կնպաստի նրանց սեփական նախագծերի իրականացմանը

«Տեղահանված կանայք՝ որպես փոփոխություն նախաձեռնողներ» ծրագիրը Հայաստանում բնակվող սիրիահայ կանանց կընձեռի սեփական նախագծերին իրականացնելու հնարավորություն։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվեց ծրագրի հանդիսավոր փակման արարողությունը, որը տեղի ունեցավ դեկտեմբերի 19-ին։
Ծրագրի մասնակից կանայք Սիրիայում ակտիվ, համայնքահեն գործունեություն են իրականացրել՝ հոգևոր, մշակութային, կրթական և գիտական ոլորտներում: Պատերազմի պատճառով տեղափոխվելով Հայաստան և իրազեկ չլինելով քաղաքացիական հասարակությանն ակտիվ մաս կազմելու հնարավորություններին՝ նրանք չեն կարողացել լիովին ինտեգրվել հասարակություն: Այս բացը լրացնելու համար «Հալեպ» հայրենակցական բարեսիրական ՀԿ-ն նախաձեռնել է «Տեղահանված կանայք՝ որպես փոփոխություն նախաձեռնողներ» ծրագիրը:
Ծրագրի իրականացման գործում մեծ դեր են ունեցել ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը, դասընթացավարները, մենթորները:
ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հասարակայնության հետ կապի բաժնի ղեկավար Ռոբերտ Անդերսենը շնորհավորեց բոլոր մասնակիցներին ծրագրում ընդգրկված լինելու համար: «Մենք աջակցել ենք այս ծրագրին մեր՝ «ԱՄՆ շրջանավարտների դրամաշնորհների ծրագրի» օգնությամբ, և մեր դեսպանատունը շատ պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագետների ու ուսանողների փոխանակման ծրագրով ուղարկում է Ամերիկայի միացյալ նահանգներ»,- նշեց Անդերսենը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը չէր իրականանա, եթե չլիներ «Հալեպ» ՀԿ-ն և իր աջակցությունը ցույց չտար ծրագրին:
ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության Միջին և Մերձավոր Արևելքի հայ համայնքների վարչության պետ Լևոն Անտոնյանն ասաց, որ նման ծրագրի իրականացումը շարունակություն է այն ամբողջ տրամաբանության, որի հիման վրա կառուցվել է «Հալեպ» ՀԲՀԿ-ն:
«Մեր նախարարությունն ու ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշակի ծրագրեր, իհարկե, իրականացնում է պետական աջակցությամբ, որ հատկացվում է բյուջեից, սակայն մեզ համար մշտապես կարևոր են եղել տեղական կառույցների, միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերը»,- ընդգծեց Անտոնյանը և հավելեց, որ մեկամսյա այս ծրագիրը շատերի համար մեծ հնարավորություն կարող է դառնալ հետագայում սեփական նախագծերն իրականացնելու համար:
