Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն՝ առողջապահության ոլորտում գենետիկ հետազոտությունների ծավալի ավելացման և այդ նպատակով մշակված «Հայկական գենոմ» նախագծի վերաբերյալ:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ  վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, անդրադառնալով քննարկման նպատակին՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը նշել է. «Վերջին շրջանում կառավարությունը, ես և այլ օղակներ ներդրումային և քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ ենք ստանում: Այդ առաջարկների և տարբեր գաղափարների հոսքն այնքան շատ է, որ անհրաժեշտություն կա քննարկել դրանց առնչությունը միմյանց հետ՝ որքանո՞վ են դրանք մտնում ընդհանուր տրամաբանության մեջ, որքանո՞վ են շարունակում կամ հակասում մեկը մյուսին, արդյոք կարո՞ղ ենք այդ բոլոր առաջարկությունները դիտարկել մեկ շղթայի մեջ: Կարծում եմ, որ այսօրվա քննարկման արդյունքում կարող ենք ընդհանուր դաշտի ու միտումների մասին տեղեկատվությամբ փոխանակվել և որոշակի պատկերացումներ կազմել»:

 

Նախագծի համահեղինակներ ԱՄՆ «New Ventures Funds Drawbridge Health» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Հարրի Գլորիկյանը և ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արսեն Առաքելյանը մանրամասներ են ներկայացրել դրա վերաբերյալ: Նշվել է, որ նախագծի նպատակն է հատկապես առողջապահության ոլորտում մեծացնել գենետիկ եզրակացությունների բաղադրիչը՝ թվային առողջապահության և համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման միջոցով: Ծրագիրը նախնական գնահատվում է 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:

 

Մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում քննարկվել են նախագծի կարևորությանը, դրա բժշկական, գիտական, հետազոտական, տեխնոլոգիական բաղադրիչներին, տնտեսական հնարավոր էֆեկտներին, ներդրողների շրջանակին առնչվող և այլ հարցեր:

 

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի տիկին, «City of Smile» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Աննա Հակոբյանն անդրադարձել է քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ հիմնադրամին ներկայացված ներդրումային ծրագրերին և առաջարկել նշված նախագծի իրականացման համատեքստում դիտարկել նաև այդ առաջարկները:

 

Քննարկման արդյունքում ընդգծվել է մշակված առաջարկի կարևորությունը և որոշվել է ընթացք տալ «Հայկական գենոմ» անվանմամբ նախագծին՝ դրա իրագործման առաջնային պատասխանատու սահմանելով ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտը:

 

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը հանձնարարել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությանը և ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի մոլեկուլային կենսաբանության ինստիտուտին՝ համատեղ մշակել և ներկայացնել ծրագրի մանրամասն ռազմավարություն, ճանապարհային քարտեզ և բյուջեի ժամանակացույց: Անդրադառնալով նախագծի ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրներին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է զուգահեռ աշխատել պոտենցիալ հետաքրքրություն ունեցող անձանց շրջանակի հստակեցման և ներդրողների ներգրավման ուղղությամբ:
