ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենը Երևանում գործող երկու տուն-ինտերնատից առերևույթ խարդախության եղանակով հափշտակել է խոշոր չափերի գումար
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում ստացվել և վարույթ է ընդունվել ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու և օգտագործելու, խոշոր չափերով առերևույթ խարդախություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենը, կեղծելով ընկերության հիմնադիր-տնօրենի ստորագրությունը, վեջինիս անունից Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության համապատասխան աշխատակիցների հետ կազմել և կնքել է «Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ին սննդամթերքի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր:
Պայմանագրի կնքումից հետո ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենը 2018 թվականի մարտի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 30-նն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հիշյալ ՊՈԱԿ-ին մատակարարել է պայմանագրի տեխնիկական բնութագրին չհամապատասխանող՝ մեկ այլ ՍՊ ընկերության անվամբ կեղծ պիտակավորմամբ բուսայուղ պարունակող մթերք:
Բացի այդ, ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենը նույն եղանակով պայմանագիր է կնքել նաև «Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հետ և կրկին պայմանագրի տեխնիկական բնութագրին չհամապատասխանող սնունդ մատակարարել կազմակերպությանը:
Արդյունքում՝ «Երևանի թիվ 1 տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ից ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենը խաբեությամբ առերևույթ հափշտակել է 696.390 դրամ գումար, իսկ «Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ից՝ 986.135 հազար դրամ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, կատարված առերևույթ չարաշահումներին հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
