SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Նորվեգիայի Թագավորության քաղաքացուն առերևույթ կողոպտելու դեպքը։ Երեք անձ ձերբակալվել է:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 16-ին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, Նորվեգիայի Թագավորության քաղաքացու առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով, հափշտակել են նրա սպորտային պայուսակը, որի մեջ եղել են խոշոր չափերի՝ 750.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, սնունդ, բանկային կրեդիտ քարտեր:
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր ներկայացվել են նախաքննական մարմին և ձերբակալվել: Վերջիններս Լոռու մարզի բնակիչնեը են:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կասկածյալները տվել են խոստովանական ցուցմունք, ինչպես նաև առգրավվել է Նորվեգիայի Թագավորության քաղաքացուց հափշտակված 750.000 ՀՀ դրամը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
