Դատախազությունը քրեական գործ է հարուցել ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ընտրակաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ

 ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին առերևույթ ընտրակաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների դատախազությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունում  օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայանալիք ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի ընթացքում մի քաղաքացի ընտրողներին ընտրակաշառք է տվել՝ խոչընդոտելով ընտրողների ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել տվյալ անձի կողմից մի շարք ընտրողներին թեկնածուներից մեկի օգտին քվեարկելու համար կաշառք տալու և ընտրողների կողմից կաշառք ստանալու վերաբերյալ։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա են թեկնածուներից մեկի օգտին ընտրակաշառք տալու և ստանալու վերաբերյալ առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող տվյալներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների դատախազի տեղակալի որոշմամբ նշված դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար քրեական գործը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից ուղարկվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն: 

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
