ՀՀ քաղաքական դաշտի ՕԵԿ-ի Սուրբ Ծննդյան «նվերը»
ANALYSISՕրերս ՕԵԿ-ն արտահերթ համագումար էր հրավիրել` հրաժեշտի ու նախագահափոխության: ՕԵԿ անփոփոխ նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց կուսակցության օգտին քվեարկած 12 000 քաղաքացիներին, համախոհներին, գաղափարակիցներին, կառույցների ղեկավարներին և վերստին շնորհավորեց խորհրդարան անցած ուժերին: ՕԵԿ համագումարը ի գիտություն ընդունեց Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի՝ հրաժարականի հայտարարությունը:
Որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ կուսակցությունները պահում են նախագահները` որևէ կուսակցություն անդամավճարով չի գոյատևում և հիմա հարց է` ՕԵԿ նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը ինչպե՞ս է կուսակցություն պահելու, ու համագումարին հրաժեշտ տվեցինք միայն Արթուր Բաղդասարյան ՕԵԿ նախագահի՞ն, թե՞ ՕԵԿ-ին ընդհանրապես: Բաղդասարյանը իսկապե՞ս հեռանում է քաղաքականությունից, թե՞ ռեբրենդինգի նոր տարբերակ է փորձարկում, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ իր հայտարարությամբ` կվերադառնա, երբ ժողովուրդն իր կարիքն ունենա:
Իսկ ամեն ինչ այնքան խոստումնալից էր սկսվել` երիտասարդ քաղաքական գործիչ, ամենահաջողակը քաղաքական դաշտում: ՕԵԿ-ը մշտապես հայտնվում էր ԱԺ-ում` շնորհիվ Բաղդասարյանի անպարագիծ պոպուլիզմի ու սոցիալական խնդիրների շեշտադրման: Ժամանակին նրան նույնիսկ համարում էին նախագահի թեկնածու, համենայնդեպս` ֆրանսիացիները: Եվ նա կարող էր դառնալ քաղաքական ու պետական նշանակալից գործիչ, եթե Հայաստանում այլ մթնոլորտ ու այլ վերաբերմունք լիներ քաղաքականությանը:
Բաղդասարյան Արթուրն ուներ ընտրություն` կա'մ դառնալ ընդդիմություն, կա'մ իշխանական քրեաօլիգարխիկ համակարգի մաս. նա ընտրեց իշխանությունը: Ու անգամ ցուցադրական հրաժարականները (նախ ԱԺ նախագահի, ապա ԱԽՔ պաշտոնից) համակարգում մնալու համար էին: Շրջադարձայինը նրա ու ՕԵԿ-ի կյանքում 2008-ն էր, երբ նախագահական ընտրություններում Բաղդասարյանը ստացել էր 18 տոկոս` երրորդ արդյունքը, ու հանգամանքների բերումով կարևոր դեմք էր դարձել Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյան-Սերժ Սարգսյան հակամարտության մեջ: Անձնական վիրավորանքներն ու հակասությունները հիմնական դրդապատճառն էին նրա որոշման, որի համար նա 10 տարի արդարանում էր, բայց այդպես էլ չարդարացավ: 2018-ին նա նույնիսկ որոշեց ներողություն խնդրել 2008-ի որոշման համար, բայց դա էլ չօգնեց: Հատկապես թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո 2008-ի իրադարձությունները նորից օրակարգ վերադարձան իրենց հիմնական ու երկրորդական գործող անձանցով` և այդ համապատկերը լավագույն մեկնարկ չէր ՕԵԿ նախագահի համար: Ու նորից Ա.Բաղդասարյանի բախտը չբերեց…
Ինչպես չէր բերել 2017-ին, երբ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը հերթական ռեբրենդինգին էր գնացել ու հրաժարվել «Օրինաց երկրից» հանուն հայկական վերածննդի: Վերածնունդ չեղավ: Եղան տարատեսակ սկանդալներ նրան միացած կուսակցությունների հետ:
Ինչպես բոլոր պուպուլիստները` թավշե հեղափոխության օրերին ՕԵԿ-ն օրը մեկ հայտարարություններ էր անում ու ներկայանում համաժողովրդական շարժման մաս, բայց կոտրված բաժակը կպցնելուց հետո էլ չի օգտագործվում:
2018-ը ֆիասկո էր. Երևանի ավագանու ու ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններում ՕԵԿ-ը ստացավ մեկ տոկոս ու դա դատավճիռ էր: Քաղաքական դաշտի հիմնական խաղացողներից Արթուր Բաղդասարյանն առաջինը հեռացավ: Թեպետ չի բացառվում, որ սա հերթական «գնում եմ, որ գամ»-ն էր:
