 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն կատարած այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել ՌԴ ԱԻ նախարար Եվգենի Զինիչևի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման և հետևանքների վերացման ուղղությամբ հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցության հարցեր:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում մասնավորապես նշվել է, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական արդյունավետ համագործակցության ցայտուն օրինակ է հանդիսանում Հայաստանում գործող Հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնը, որի մասնագետները պատրաստ են արձագանքելու ոչ միայն Հայաստանում և Ռուսաստանում տեղի ունեցող արտակարգ իրավիճակներին, այլև իրականացնում են համատեղ նախագծեր երրորդ երկրների տարածքներում, մասնագետներ են պատրաստում արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման և դրանց հետևանքների վերացման ոլորտում: Կենտրոնի ստեղծումից երեք տարի անց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ավելի քան 350 աշխատակից արդեն իսկ վերապատրաստվել է, իսկ 70 հայ մասնագետ վերապատրաստում է անցել Ռուսաստանի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության բուհերում: Այս տարի կենտրոնը իրականացրել է ամենամեծ մարդասիրական աջակցությունը, որի շրջանակներում ՀՀ և ՌԴ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունների հետ համատեղ ջանքերով Սիրիա է ուղարկվել շուրջ 100 տոննա սննդամթերք:

 

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը երկուստեք կարևորել են գործընկերային համագործակցության զարգացումը և պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել առավել ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնելու առկա փոխգործակցության շրջանակները:
