Շիրակի մարզի ընթերցողներն ստացան շրջիկ գրադարանից օգտվելու հնարավորություն

ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ և Հայաստանում Չինաստանի դեսպանատան աջակցությամբ, Հայաստանում շահագործման է հանձնվել շրջիկ գրադարան, որն առաջինը տրամադրվել է Շիրակի մարզին:
Գրադարանը հանձնվել է Շիրակի մարզային գրադարանին, բայց ծառայելու է ողջ մարզին: Այդ կապակցությամբ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին Գյումրիում էին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Լիլիթ Մակունցը, Հայաստանում Չինաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիեն Ըրլոնգը, «Ա.Ա. Թրաքս» ընկերության տնօրեն Արմեն Գագիկյանը:
«Համայնքներում գրադարաններ չլինենու պատճառով ընթերցասերները գալիս են Գյումրի:Այս շրջիկ գրադարանի անհրաժեշտությունը մեծ է հատկապես ժամանակակից գրականության առումով: Ծրագիրը սկսել ենք Շիրակի մարզից, բայց նախատեսում ենք անել շարունակական: Չինաստանի դեսպանատան հետ նախատեսում ենք նաև ծրագիրը շարունակել, իսկ թե որ մարզը կլինի հաջորդը, կորոշենք դեսպանի հետ միասին»,- նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար՝ փաստելով, այս ծրագիրը մինչ իր պաշտոնավարելը սկսված էր, և, իրոք, ողջունելի ծրագիր է: «Այցերը մարզեր ցույց տվեցին, որ, իրոք, ողջունելի ծրագիր էր, անհրաԺեշտություն կար և զգացվում էր հետաքրքրությունը երիտասարդների, հատկապես, ժամանակակից գրականության առումով: Հաճախ ասում են, որ hամացանցը հասանելի է դարձնում ամեն ինչ, բայց գրքի հետ շփումը բոլորովին այլ է՝ այլ գիտելիքի ու արժեքների մասին է խոսում»:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայկական «Ա.Ա. Թրաքս» ընկերության արտադրած մեքենան բազմաֆունկցիոնալ է: «Ա.Ա. Թրաքս» ընկերության տնօրեն Արմեն Գագիկյանի տեղեկացմամբ, շրջիկ գրադարանի նախնական գաղափարից ընկերությանը հաջողվել է ստանալ փոքրիկ մշակութային համալիր. «Մշակույթի նախարարության առաջարկը ստանալուց հետո մենք ուսումնասիրեցինք ամբողջ աշխարհում կիրառվող նույնանման «Բիբլիոբուսների» փորձը: Դրանք հիմնականում աշխատում են գրադարանի կամ գրախանութի ձևաչափով, բայց մենք որոշեցինք գնալ այլ ճանապարհով և ստեղծել բազմաֆունկցիոնալ մշակութային համալիր՝ շարժական բեմով, կինոթատրոնով, ձայնային ակուստիկ համակարգով, գրապահարաններով, Wi-Fi ցրիչով և այլ անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով»:
