SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 15-ին, ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները ՝ բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արմեն Վաթյանի գլխավորությամբ, ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել 4 քաղաքացու:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջիններս կասկածվում են Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Հովհաննես Խմելյանին դեկտեմբերի 12-ին առևանգելու մեջ: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այդ օրը, ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում Ադոնցի փողոցից նշված 4 անձինք Հ. Խմելյանին Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով առևանգել են՝ բռնություն գործադրելով իր կամքին հակառակ, այնուհետև տեղափոխել Քանաքաեռ ՀԷԿ-ում գտնվող առանձնատներից մեկը և մի քանի ժամ պահել այնտեղ, որտեղ էլ մի քանի հոգով ծեծի են ենթարկել Հ. Խմելյանին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ծեծի ժամանակ նրանցից մեկը, ում անունը Գոռ է, ատրճանակով, իսկ մյուսը, ում անունը Կարեն է՝ դանակով, սպանության սպառնալիքներ են տվել Հ. Խմելյանի հասցեին: Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ առևանգողներն են եղել Երևան քաղաքի Ադոնցի փողոցի բնակիչներ, 39-ամյա Սարգիս Մկրտչյանը, 35-ամյա Գոռ Հովհաննիսյանը, 38-ամյա Կարեն Ջումայանը և Հասրաթյան փողոցի բնակիչի, 28-ամյա Արմեն Մկրտչյանը:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ առևանգված Հ. Խմելյանը ոստիկանության Արմավիրի վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սամվել Խմելյանի եղբոր տղան է, ով մեկ այլ քրեական գործի շրջանակում անցնում է որպես վկա և այդ գործը կաապված է Արաբկրի վարչական շրջանի Տիգրանյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում հրազենի գործադրմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու, 2 անձի հրազենային վնասվածքներ պատճառելու հետ:
