Վրաստանի առաջին նախագահի երկու որդիները Գլխավոր դատախազության շենքում հացադուլ են հայտարարել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանի առաջին նախագահ Զվիադ Գամսախուրդիայի երկու որդիները երկրորդ օրն է՝ Գլխավոր դատախազության շենքի ներսում հացադուլ են հայտարարել՝ պահանջելով ավարտին հասցնել իրենց հոր սպանության գործը: Նրանք մտահոգություն են հայտնել Վրաստանի Քրեական օրենսգրքի այն հոդվածի առնչությամբ, համաձայն որի՝ 25 տարվա վաղեմության գործը, եթե բացահայտված չէ՝ փակվում է, իսկ գործով անցնող մեղավորին կամ մեղավորներին օրենքով պատիժ չի սահմանվում: Առաջին նախագահի ընտանիքը երկրի գլխավոր դատախազից պահանջել է նշված գործով կասեցնել վերոհիշյալ օրենքի կիրառումը և նոր հետաքննություն սկսել:
«Ռուսթավի 2» ՀԸ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հանգուցյալ նախագահի 2 զավակները հայտարարել են, որ ելնելով գործի յուրօրինակությունից՝ դրա վրա չպետք է տարածվի վաղեմության ժամկետի դրույթը, և հետաքննությունը պետք է շարունակվի, առավել ևս, երբ դատախազությանը հայտնի է մարդասպանի անունը:
«Ի վերջո, արդարությունը պետք է վերականգնվի, և հանցագործը պատասխանատվության ենթարկվի»,- հայտարարել են եղբայրները:
Զվիադ Գամսախուրդիան անկախ Վրաստանի առաջին նախագահն էր: Ընտրվել էր 1991թ: Պաշտոնանկ էր արվել 1992թ՝ «թբիլիսյան պատերազմներ» անունը ստացած քաղաքացիական դիմակայության հետևանքով: Մահացել է 1993 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին՝ անհայտ հանգամանքներում: Ընտանիքի պահանջով մահվանից 2 ամիս անց դիակը տեղափոխվել է Գրոզնի: Այստեղ ծայր առած մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ դիակն անհետացել էր: Գտնվել է 2007 թ, տեղափոխվել Թբիլիսի ու թաղվել պանթոնում:
Մահվանից անմիջապես հետո անցկացված հետաքննության արդյունքներով՝առաջին նախագահն ինքնասպան էր եղել: Սաակաշվիլիի իշխանություննը առաջինն էր, որ կասկածի տակ դրեց ինքնասպանության վարկածն ու հետաքննություն սկսեց: Ստացված եզրակացության հիման վրա 2010թ խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովը սկսեց մահվան հանգամանքների քննությունը։ Դրա եզրակացության հիման վրա 2015թ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը ինքնասպանությունը վերաորակեց սպանություն և նոր քրեական գործ սկսեց:
