ԱԱԾ-ն կարճել է Առաքել Մովսիսյանի վերաբերյալ գործը

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կարճել է Առաքել Մովսիսյանի վերաբերյալ գործը, որն առնչվում էր ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելուն:

Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

«Եթե զենք-զինամթերքը կամավոր հանձնվում է,անձը պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվում: Ընթացքն այդպես, դատարանից խուզարկության մասին որոշումը ստանալուց հետո ԱԱԾ-ն այցելում է նշված վայր և հայտնում խուզարկության մասին, եթե անձը կամավոր ներկայացնում է զենք-զինամթերքը, անձն ազատվում է պատասխանատվությունից»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը, նշելով, որ Առաքել Մովսիսյանի գործը ևս այդ շրջանակներում էր:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ էին ստացվել, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանն իրեն պատկանող տարածքներում ապօրինի կերպով պահում է զենք և ռազմամթերք, հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, այն է՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ հրազեն ու ռազմամթերք ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերելը, փոխադրելը և պահելը:

Առաքել Մովսիսյանը հուլիսի 21-ին տարվել էր Ազգային անվտանգության: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, Առաքել Մովսիսյանն Այգեկ գյուղի ամայի տարածքում գտնվող երկու տարբեր թաքստոցներից՝ հողածածկույթի տակից հանել ու կամովի հանձնել էր զենքն ու ռազմամթերքը, մասնավորապես՝ «ԱԿՄ» տեսակի 2 ինքնաձիգ, որից մեկը՝ փողատակային նռնականետով, «ՌՊԿ» տեսակի մեկ գնդացիր, «Բելկա» տեսակի 1 համակցված հրացան, 3 որսորդական հրացան, տարբեր տրամաչափի թվով 162 փամփուշտներ:
