Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Լատվիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ինգրիդա Լևրենցեին (նստավայրը՝ Թբիլիսի):

 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին պաշտոնն ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթել հաջողություններ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է Լատվիայի հետ ինչպես երկկողմ կապերի ընդլայնումը, այնպես էլ Եվրոպական միության շրջանակում համագործակցության խորացումը: Այս համատեքստում վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը կարևորել է Լատվիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից ԵՄ-Հայաստան Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագրի վավերացումը: Անդրադառնալով մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանն առաջ է շարժվում ժողովրդավարության զարգացման ճանապարհով և կարևորում է բոլոր գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունների սերտացումը:

 

 Լատվիայի նորանշանակ դեսպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարին և վստահեցրել, որ կներդնի առավելագույն ջանքերը՝ երկու երկրների միջև կապերը խորացնելու համար: Նա նշել է, որ որպես Եվրոպական միության անդամ երկիր՝ Լատվիան պատրաստ է Հայաստանի հետ կիսվել ԵՄ հետ համագործակցության փորձով և աջակցել այդ գործընթացում: Ինգրիդա Լևրենցեի խոսքով՝ նաև պետք է ակտիվ աշխատել երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառության, կրթության, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, մշակույթի և այլ ոլորտներում առկա ներուժի լիարժեք իրացման ու փոխգործակցության զարգացման ուղղությամբ:

 

 Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը, անդրադառնալով երկու երկրների առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալի աճի հնարավորություններին, նշել է, որ կառավարությունը խրախուսում է օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներգրավումը ՀՀ տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում՝ տեղեկատվական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներ, գյուղատնտեսություն, արդյունաբերություն, զբոսաշրջություն: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն  անդրադարձել է գործարար միջավայրի, հարկային օրենսդրության բարելավման և ներդրումների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին և առաջարկել դեսպանին Լատվիայի գործարարներին ներկայացնել Հայաստանի ներդրումային հնարավորությունները:

 

 Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև տարածաշրջանային հարցերի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ: 

 

Ինգրիդա Լևրենցեն նաև շնորհավորել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հաջող անցկացման կապակցությամբ:
