Հարկային արտոնություններ «զբոսաշրջային տներին»

«Արտոնագրային վճարների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում տեղի է ունեցել փոփոխություն: Ներկայացված նախագիծը պայմանավորված է զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների մատուցման գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտ համարվելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելու անհրաժեշտությամբ:
Ներկայումս անհատ ձեռնարկատեր չհանդիսացող այլ ֆիզիկական անձանց աշխատանքը չօգտագործող և զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայություններ մատուցող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը հանդիսանում են արտոնագրային վճար վճարողներ:
Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների մատուցման գործունեությունը հիմնականում իրականացվում է ընտանիքի անդամների միջոցով, մինչդեռ նշյալ գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը հնարավորություն չունեն համարվել ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտներ և օգտվել դրանց համար նախատեսված հարկային արտոնություններից:
Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել, որ ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտներ կարող են համարվել նաև զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայություններ մատուցող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերը:
Այս որոշումն ուղղված է փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության համար բարենպաստ հարկային միջավայրի ստեղծմանը: Նախատեսվում է զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայություններ մատուցող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին հնարավորություն ընձեռել օգտվել ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիրության սուբյեկտների համար նախատեսված հարկային արտոնություններից:
Ակնկալվում է, որ նշված շուկաներում անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին գործունեություն ծավալելու համար կստեղծվի բարենպաստ հարկային միջավայր: Բացի դրանից, կընդլայնվեն նաև մրցակցության հնարավորությունները:
Ի վերջո, հյուրանոցային ծառայություններ մատուցող մի շարք տնտեսավարողների հարկային բեռը կնվազեցվի: Օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտնելու հաջորդ տարեսկզբից:
