Հին սկզբունքներով նոր կանցլեր Գերմանիայում
SOCIETYԻսկ ի՞նչ է անելու Անգելա Մերկելը: Հոկտեմբերի վերջին հայտարարելով, որ Բավարիայում ու Հեսենում ՔԴՄ-ի ընտրություններում կրած անհաջողությունից հետո մտադիր է հեռանալ ՔԴՄ նախագահի պաշտոնից, միաժամանակ շեշտել է, որ մտադիր է մնալ կանցլեր մինչև ժամկետի ավարտը` 2021-ի աշուն: Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը Մերկելի առաջադրած թեկնածուն է և գերմանացի մեկնաբանների մեծ մասի կարծիքով` չեզոք կլինի կանցլերի նկատմամբ` գլխավորելով կուսակցությունը:
ՔԴՄ-ի ու Գերմանիայի քաղաքականությունը Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերի հաղթանակի հետևանքով կարելի է սահմանափակել 4 բառով` ամեն ինչ կմնա նախկինը: Բայց այս կանխատեսումը կարող է թվացյալ լինել, որովհետև այդ դեպքում Մերկելի կառավարությունը լիովին հնարավոր է, որ կազմալուծեն կոալիցիոն դաշնակիցները` սոցիալիստները ու քրիստոնյա սոցիալիստները: Թե նրանց, թե ՔԴՄ-ի վարկանիշն ընկնում է և այդ կուսակցությունների որոշ անդամներ գտնում են, որ խնդիրը կլուծվի ՔԴՄ-ի հետ դաշինքից դուրս գալով ու թոթափելով Մերկելի քաղաքականության պատասխանատվությունը: Նախևառաջ` միգրանտների հարցում: Մերկելի հեռանալը ցանկանում է գերմանացիների մեծ մասը` INSA սոցիոլոգիական ընկերության աշնանը անցկացրած հարցումը ցույց տվեց, որ 2\3-ը (62,2%) գտնում է, որ Մերկելը պետք է հեռանա 2019-ին: Բայց Մերկելը հրաժարականի մասին դեռ չի խոսում:
Նախընտրական արշավի ժամանակ Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը ջանում էր ձերբազատվել «մինի Մերկելի» իմիջից և հարցերից մեկը, որում նա որոշ տարակարծություն ցուցաբերեց Մերկելից, Ռուսաստանն էր` Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը ասաց, որ Մոսկվայի հետ պետք է ավելի կոշտ լինել: Հեռուստատեսությամբ ելույթ ունենալով` Անեգրետն ասել է, որ Կերչի նեղուցում ուկրաինական երեք նավերը անձնակազմով գրավելուց հետո Գերմանիան առավել կոշտ դիրքորոշում պետք է ունենա Մոսկվայի նկատմամբ, մասնավորապես վերանայի վերաբերմունքը «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» նախագծին: Ճիշտ է այդ վերանայումը Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերի ներկայացմամբ` այնքան էլ արմատական չէ, նա առաջարկեց մտածել բնական գազի ծավալների սահմանափակման մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը մատակարարելու է խողովակաշարով: Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը հայտարարեց լրագրողներին, որ ԵՄ-ն ու ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է մտածեն` ինչպես արգելել Ազովի ծովում տեղակայված ռուսական նավերի մուտքը եվրոպական նավահանգիստներ:
Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերի հայտարարություններից դատելով` սկզբունքորեն նոր ոչինչ չի լինի միգրանտների հարցում, նույնիսկ եթե նա տեսանելի ապագայում փոխարինի Մերկելին կանցլերի պաշտոնում` մեկնաբանները այդ հնարավորությունը տեսնում են: Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը այդ թեմայով զգուշավոր է` ասում է, օրինակ, որ միգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը պետք է հաճախակի ու համարձակ բացատրել ընտրողներին: Բուն քաղաքականությունը պետք է փոխել, թե ոչ` Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը չի ասում: Դա ստիպում է գերմանացիներին ենթադրել, որ նա պաշտպանում է Մերկելի տեսակետը միգրանտների հարցում:

Ցանկանում են, թե ոչ գերմանացիները` Գերմանիայում ևս դարաշրջան է փակվում` Անգելա Մերկելի կառավարումը Եվրոպայի համար դժվարին տարիներին, ապահովում էր գոնե մեկ երկրի տնտեսական զարգացումն ու քաղաքական կայունությունը: Անեգրետ Կրամպ-Կարենբաուերը երբեք Անգելա Մերկել չի լինի` նույնիսկ կանցլեր դառնալու դեպքում: Գերմանիայում ևս սկսվում են նոր ժամանակներ:
