Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնման հարցը կքննի Պրահայի շրջանային դատարանը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի արտահանձնման հարցը կքննի Պրահայի շրջանային դատարանը, այժմ նա նախնական կալանքի տակ է, «Ազատությանը» տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է Պրահայի ոստիկանության խոսնակ Յան Դանյեկը:
Պաշտոնական աղբյուրները նշում են՝ 37-ամյա Սարգսյանը ձերբակալվել է անցած շաբաթ Չեխիայի մայրաքաղաքի բնակելի շենքերից մեկում:
«Չեխական օրենսդրությունն արգելում է ինձ մանրամասներ հաղորդել կոնկրետ անձանց մասին, այդուամենայնիվ, կարող եմ հաստատել, որ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահա-5 թաղամասում գտնվող բնակարաններից մեկում Պրահայի տարածքային ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզման բաժնի աշխատակիցները Հայաստանից եկած 37-ամյա մի տղամարդու են ձերբակալել, որը գտնվում էր միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ», - ասել է Դանյեկը:
Հայաստանի իրավապահները Նարեկ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք են ներկայացրել անցած ամռանը, երբ վերջինիս՝ Երևանի կենտրոնում գտնվող բնակարանում ապօրինի զենք ու թմրանյութեր էին հայտնաբերել: Ընդ որում, սա Սարգսյանին վերագրվող հանցանքների ամբողջական ցանկը չէ, Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունը նաև նշել է, որ հայտնաբերման պահին վերջինս ներկայացրել է Գվատեմալայի քաղաքացու կեղծ անձնագիր՝ Ֆրանկլին Գոնսալեսի անհատական տվյալներով։ Չեխական աղբյուրներն էլ ընդգծում են՝ ձերբակալությունն իրականացվել է հատուկ գործողության արդյունքում:
«Հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող այդ տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է ոստիկանության հատուկ ջոկատայինների օգնությամբ, քանի որ կասկածներ կային, որ նա կարող է զինված լինել: Հետագայում նա տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման համար նախատեսված վայր, և այժմ նրա ճակատագիրը Պրահայի շրջանային դատարանի ձեռքում է», - ասաց Չեխիայի մայրաքաղաքի ոստիկանության խոսնակը:
