ՀՀ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի քարոզչության սահմանված կարգի խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել. ՀՌԱՀ

Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի կողմից հոկտեմբերի 10-27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի քարոզչության սահմանված կարգի խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել: Այս մասին հայտնեց Հեռուստատեսության ևռադիոյի ազգային հանձնաժողովի անդամ Արմեն Մկրտչյանը: «Համաձայն օրենքի` ՀՌԱՀ-ը հոկտեմբերի 10-ից մշտադիտարկում է իրականացնում վերգետնյա սփռում ունեցող բոլոր հեռուստաընկերությունների նկատմամբ, և այս պահի դրությամբ մենք երկու զեկույց ենք ներկայացրել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին, որոնք հասանել ի են ԿԸՀ-ի և ՀՌԱՀ-ի պաշտոնական կայքերում»,-նշեց նա:

Բանախոսը նկատեց, որ ՀՌԱՀ-ի կողմից ներկայացված միջանկյալ հաշվետվություններում առկա անհամաչափությունները չպետք է ընդունել իբրև վերջնական փաստ, քանի որ դրանք ընդամենը տասնհինգ օրվա մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներն են: «Եթե դուք տեսնում եք, որ հոկտեմբերի 10-27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում մի հեռուստաընկերություն քարոզարշավի մի կողմին ավելի շատ եթերաժամանակ է տրամադրել, ապա դա չի նշանակում, որ խախտվում են սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին կողմերին եթերաժամանակ տրամադրելու հավասար պայմանները: Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ հեռուստաընկերությունները որոշ դեպքերում ուղղակի ֆիզիկապես չեն հասցնում հրավիրել հակադիր կողմի ներկայացուցչին, սակայն հետագայում դա շտկվում է»,-պարզաբանեց Արմեն Մկրտչյանը` հավելելով, որ ՀՌԱՀ-ը մշտադիտարկում է իրականացնում հանրապետական, համայնքային և մարզային վերգետնյա սփռում ունեցող շուրջ 40 հեռուստաընկերությունների և 20 ռադիընկերությունների շրջանում: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ` Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քարոզարշավն ընթանում  է բավական նորմալ հունով, երկու կողմերին  էլ տրամադրվում է գրեթե հավասարաչափ եթերաժամանակ»,-շեշտեց պաշտոնյան:

Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Հայաստանում տեղի կունենա սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվե: Ազգային ժողովի երկու խոշոր ուժեր` «Հանրապետական» և ԲՀԿխմբակցությունները  աջակցում են փոփոխությունների անցկացմանը, նրանց է միացել նաև «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունը: Փոփոխություններին դեմ են հանդեսեկել «Ժառանգություն», ՀԱԿ և ՕԵԿ խմբակցությունները:
