POLITICSԽորհրդարանում հանրային վստահություն վայելող ընդդիմություն չենք ունենալու։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում, վերլուծելով արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքները, ասաց քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը:
«Ընդդիմությունը խորհրդարանից դուրս է ձևավորվելու»,- ասաց նա: Վերջինիս դիտարկմամբ՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» շատ կոնկրետ տնտեսական շահեր է հետապնդելու, լավագույն դեպքում կներկայացնի խոշոր կապիտալի շահերը, իսկ «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը» կլինի ԲՀԿ-ի ընդդիմությունը:
«Ինչը նրանք ցուցադրեցին նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ՝ դրանով ծառայություններ մատուցելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Այս խորհրդարանը դժվար թե քաղաքական դեբատների վայր կդառնա»,- ասաց նա:
Դիտարկմանը, թե դա ինչ վտանգ կարող է լինել ՀՀ-ի համար, նա պատասխանեց՝ այդ մասին ոչինչ չի կարող ասել, քաղաքական գործընթաց է ընդամենը։
Խոսելով արդեն արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի, մասնավորապես «Հանրապետական» կուսակցության հնարավորությունների մասին՝ նա նշեց. «Կարծում եմ՝ հավանականությունը մեծ է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն կարժանանա ՀՀՇ-ի ճակատագրին: Նոր բրենդի խնդիր կունենան՝ իմ կարծիքով»:
Ստեփան Դանիելյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ ձևավորվող խորհրդարանը չի արտացոլում քաղաքական լանդշաֆտը, իսկ ժամանակի ընթացքում այն ավելի բարդ կդառնա: «Այդ պատճառով, կարծում եմ, որ հիմնական իրադարձությունները խորհրդարանից դուրս կընթանան»,- ասաց նա:
Իսկ դիտարկմանը, թե նկատելի են, թե ուժերն ինչ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորների պաշտպանությամբ հանդես կգան, նա արձագանքեց. «Արտաքին կողմնորոշումները քաղաքական սպեկուլյացիաներ են, դրանց պետք չի լուրջ վերաբերել, ավելին, դրա համար այդ մարդկանց պետք է տանել դատարան:
Կուսակցությունները պետք է հայաստանյան կողմնորոշում ունենան»:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք՝ այս ընտրությունները ժողովրդավարական երկիր ունենալու առաջին քայլ էին. Ստեփան Դանիելյանը պատասխանեց, որ իր նկատառմամբ՝ ընտրությունը տեխնիկական խնդիր է, կարևոր է նաև բովանդակային բաղադրիչը: «Բովանդակության առումով խնդիրներ կան․ այն համարյա բացակայում էր»,- ասաց նա:
