INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը չեղարկել Է քվեարկությունը բրիտանական խորհրդարանի Համայնքների պալատում Brexit-ի պայմանների վերաբերյալ կառավարական համաձայնագրի շուրջ, որը պետք Է կայանար դեկտեմբերի 11-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, դեկտեմբերի 10-ին հայտնել Է Bloomberg գործակալությունը հղում անելով սեփական աղբյուրին:
Նրա տվյալներով՝ Մեյը Brexit-ի շուրջ չեղարկել Է քվեարկությունը խորհրդարանում, որհեսզի խուսափի ծանր պարտությունից: Տեղի դիտորդների գնահատումների համաձայն՝ նրա կառավարությունը պարտություն Էր կրելու քվեարկության անցկացման դեպքում, քանի որ իշխող Պահպանողական կուսակցության եվրասկեպտիկների թեւը, ինչպես նաեւ հյուսիսիռլանդական Դեմոկրատական յունիոնիստական կուսակցությունից թորիներին պաշտանող պատգամավորները կտրուկ դեմ են Brexit-ի վերաբերյալ նախարարների կաբինետի պատրաստած գործարքին: Մինչդեռ, ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունը, Եվրամիությունն սկսել Է հանրակցության կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու պայմանների վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման պաշտոնական ընթացակարգը: ԵՀ-ի հայտարարության մեջ պարզաբանվում Է, որ «ԵՀ-ն ընդունել Է այն առաջարկությունները, որոնք պաշտոնապես գործարկում են Եվրամիությունում համաձայնագրի կնքման գործընթացը»: Դա նշանակում Է, որ որ Եվրախորհուրդը եւ Եվրախորհրդարանը պետք Է պաշտոնապես թույլատրեն գործարքի ստորագրումը, ինչից հետո այն կկարողանա ուժի մեջ մտնել 2019 թվականի մարտի 30-ին, եթե Մեծ Բրիտանիան նույնպես հավանություն տա դրան:
Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը հայտարարել Է, որ Բրյուսելի ու Լոնդոնի միջեւ ձեռք բերված համաձայնագիրը միակ հնարավորն Է: Նա ասել Է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան պետք Է ընտրություն անի առանց համաձայնագրի Եվրամիության կազմից դուրս գալու («կոշտ» Brexit) եւ Brexit-ից հրաժարվելու միջեւ, եթե երկրի խորհրդարանը դեկտեմբերի 11-ին հավանություն չտա ԵՄ-ի՝ նոյեմբերի 25-ի գագաթնաժողովում հաստատված համաձայնագրին: «Խորհրդարանում քվեարկությունից մի քանի օր առաջ ավելի ու ավելի ակներեւ Է դառնում, որ այդ համաձայնագիրը լավագույնն Է բոլոր հնարավորներից եւ իրապես՝ միակ հնարավորը»,-հավելել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
