Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը նամակ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին՝ ողջունելով նոր Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունները:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը դեկտեմբերի 9-ը անվանել է նշանակալի օր Հայաստանի համար: «Մեր ժողովուրդն իր հավաքական կամքն արտահայտեց նոր Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությամբ՝  հանուն ազատ, ժողովրդավար ու հզոր Հայաստանի: Ժողովրդի կամքը նաև արդար սպասում է՝ ունենալ այնպիսի հայրենիք, որտեղ արդարությունը, տնտեսական զարգացումը, ժողովրդի կենսամակարդակի բարելավումը, օրենքով բազմակարծության երաշխավորումը, օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդումը վերածվեն թափանցիկ գործընթացների:

Արտաքին ճակատում Արցախի անկախության ամրապնդումը, Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ու հատուցման մեր ժողովրդի պահանջը, ինչպես նաև Արևելքի ու Արևմուտքի մեր բարեկամների ու գործընկերների շրջանակի ընդլայնումը վստահաբար առաջնահերթ տեղ պետք է գրավեն Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների օրակարգում»,- ասվում է կաթողիկոսի նամակում:

Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսը նշել է, որ Սփյուռքը՝ որպես Հայաստան աշխարհի մաս, սոսկ բարեգործի ու ներդրողի դերակատարում ունենալուց այն կողմ պետք է մասնակցի համահայկական օրակարգերի քննարկմանն ու որոշումների կայացմանը:

«Մեր համոզմամբ՝ նման աշխատանքներով ու ծրագրերով, ինչպես նաև մեր ժողովրդի հանձնառու մասնակցությամբ կարող ենք Հայաստանն առաջնորդել դեպի առավել հզորացում՝ իր առողջ տնտեսությամբ, քաջ բանակող ու պետական կառույցներով: Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում ենք մեր սիրելի ժողովրդին: Թող Աստված ամուր պահի ու պահպանի մեր հայրենիքը»,- ասվում է նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին ուղղված նամակում:
