Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ.
Դեկտեմբերի 9-ի խորհրդարանի արտահերթ ընտրություններն ավարտվեցին, և հանրության քվեով ձևավորվեց այն խորհրդարանը, որը մեր երկրում պետք է իրականացնի քաղաքական և տնտեսական այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք նախանշելու են մեր երկրի առաջիկա տարիների զարգացումը: Ես՝ որպես «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ, իմ անկեղծ շնորհակալությունն եմ հայտնում ընտրությանը մասնակցած և ԲՀԿ-ին վստահության քվե տված մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցներին: Վստահ եղե ՛ք, որ Ձեր յուրաքանչյուր քվեն իմ և իմ թիմի համար մեծագույն պատասխանատվություն է, և այդ պատասխանատվությունը մենք անվերապահորեն իրացնելու ենք: Որպես երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժ՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը լինելու է ձեր ձայնը խորհրդարանում և հավատարիմ մնալով իր գաղափարախոսությանը՝ շարունակելու է լինել ժողովրդի կողքին և իր գործունեությունը ծավալել բացառապես ի շահ և իր բարօրություն հայ ժողովրդի: Ես շնորհավորում եմ նաև խորհրդարան անցած «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքին և «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը և բոլորիս մաղթում արդյունավետ և արգասաբեր աշխատանք՝ ի բարգավաճում Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների և ի շահ մեր աշխարհասփյուռ հայրենակիցների: Աստված պահապա՛ն բոլորիս:
