ՀՀ ոստիկանությունն ընտրությունների օրը գրանցել է 144 հաղորդում, որից 58-ը` հանցագործությունների մասին

ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի 2018թ. արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը` դեկտեմբերի 9-ի ժամը 08:00-ից մինչև 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներում գրանցվել է ընդհանուր 144 հաղորդում (Երևանում՝ 36, մարզերում՝ 108), որից 58-ը` հանցագործությունների մասին, իսկ 86-ը` հանցագործության հատկանիշներ առերևույթ չպարունակող, սակայն ստուգման ենթակա այլ տեղեկություններ, այդ թվում՝ սարքը մատնադրոշմը չընդունելու կամ կրկնակի ընդունելու պատճառով կրկնաքվեարկության, ընտրատեղամասի մոտ կայանված ավտոմեքենաների, քաղաքացիների կուտակումների, ընտրությանը մասնակցելու կարգի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ անելու, ընտրական տեղամասի ուղիղ հեռարձակման տեսախցիկը ընտրական արկղը չֆիքսելու, ընտրատեղամասում փակցված թեկնածուների քարոզչական պաստառների մասին ահազանգեր:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, հանցագործության մասին 58 հաղորդումներից 7-ն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ռազմական ոստիկանության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ, 1-ը՝ դատախազություն, 1-ը՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ-ի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, իսկ մնացած 49 դեպքերով ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:

Հանցագործությունների մասին հաղորդումներն, ըստ ենթադրյալ հանցակազմերի, ունեն հետևյալ պատկերը.
- ընտրակաշառք տալը (խոստանալը) կամ ստանալը– 3,
- քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը- 18,
- ընտրական հանձնաժողովի, թեկնածուի կամ նրա վստահված անձի, դիտորդի, կուսակցության (դաշինքի) լիազորած անձի լիազորությունների իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը– 2,
- մեկից ավելի անգամ կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելը– 34 (հիմնականում կապված են եղել սարքի տեխնիկական խնդիրների հետ),
- քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելը– 1:

Ստուգման ենթակա թվով 86 տեղեկություններից 1-ն անհիմն լինելու պատճառաբանությամբ թողնվել է անհետևանք, 4-ը վերագրանցվել և ընթացքը լուծվել է ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով, 3-ն ուղարկվել է դատախազություն, իսկ 78-ով դեռևս կատարվում են ստուգումներ: 

7 ահազանգ է ստացվել նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Թեժ գիծ» ծառայությունով: Դրանցում պարունակվել են ինչպես առերևույթ հանցագործությունների, այնպես էլ ստուգման ենթակա այլ հաղորդումների մասին տեղեկություններ, որոնք սահմանված կարգով ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ՝ համապատասխան ստուգումներ կատարելու համար: Բացի այդ, «Թեժ գծով» ստացվել են նաև խորհրդատվություն պահանջող հարցադրումներ, որոնց տրվել են սպառիչ պատասխաններ:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության օպերատիվ շտաբին կից աշխատանքային խմբերի կողմից շարունակվելու են վերլուծական-տեղեկատվական աշխատանքները նաև հետընտրական ժամանակահատվածում ստացված հաղորդումներով, որոնց մասին պարբերաբար տեղեկատվություն կտեղադրվի ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական համացանցային կայքում:
