Այսօր մինչև քվեարկության օրը, ինչպես նաև այդ պահի դրությամբ ստացված դիմումների, հաղորդումների, ԶԼՄ հրապարակումների և դրանց քննարկման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ԿԸՀ-ում տեղեկատվություն հրապարակեց Արարատի մարզի դատախազ, արդարադատության առաջին դասի խորհրդական Սևակ Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ թեև այսօր հրապարակումների տեսակարար կշիռով շատ էին, բայց դրանցից 65-ն էին առերևույթ գործողություններ խախտումներ, իսկ դրանցից 32-ում ռեալ հատկանիշներ կային: «65-ից 32-ը վերաբերվում էին այն դեպքերին, որոնց մեջ կային որոշակի հատկանիշներ, և այդ կապակցությամբ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 140 և 181-րդ հոդվածներով նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:

32-ից 27-ը վերաբերվել են ըստ էության 1-ից ավելի անգամ կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելու դեպքերին, իսկ 4-ը՝ քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականցմանը խոչընդոտելուն»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ 33 դեպքով ստուգողական գործողություներ են իրականացվում, որոնք վերաբերում են նաև բարեգործության արգելքը խախտելուն, ընտրակաշառքը բաժանելուն:

Համեմատելով նախորդ՝ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ՝ Սևակ Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ այս ընտրություններն, ըստ էության, ընթանում են խաղաղ, օրենքին համապատասխան: «2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին անցկացված համապետական ընտրությունների ընթացում ժամը 15:00-ի դրությամբ գրանցվել էին 131 ընտրական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստվող նյութեր, իսկ այս ընտրությունների ժամանակ դրանք ընդամենը 65-ն են, որից 32-ն են, որ իրականացվում են քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի հոդվածներով»,-ասաց նա:
