Քարոզարշավի ընթացում ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստացվել է 81 հաղորդում, որից 11-ը՝ ընտրակաշառք տալու, խոստանալու կամ ստանալու մասին
SOCIETYԿԸՀ-ում մինչև քվեարկության օրը, ինչպես նաև այդ պահի դրությամբ ստացված դիմումների, հաղորդումների և դրանց քննարկման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրեց ՀՀ ոստիկանության շտաբի պետի տեղակալ, տեսչական վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Աշոտ Սարգսյանը:
Նա նախ նշեց, որ ոստիկանության պետի հրամանով ստեղծվել է օպերատիվ շտաբ, ձևավորվել են աշխատանքային խմբեր, այդ թվում՝ տեղեկատվության ապահովման, ամփոփման և հետաքննական, օպերատիվ, իրավական ապահովման և ընտրացուցակների ճշգրտման, նյութատեխնիկական և բժշկական ապահովման, զանգվածային անկարգությունների հակազդման:
«2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի ութից ոստիկանությունում շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով գործել է թեժ գիծ ծառայություն, որտեղ ընտրությունների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ ստացվող ահազանգերի մասին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրվել է օպերատիվ շտաբին»,-ասաց Աշոտ Սարգսյանը:
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ օպերատիվ շտաբը իր առջև դրված խնդիրներն իրականացնելիս սերտ համագործակցում է նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի հետ, միաժամանակ իրավական ընտրախախտումների հաշվառում իրականացվում է երեք փուլով՝ նախընտրական ժամանակահատված, երկրորդ՝քարոզարշավի ընթացքում արձանագրված իրավախախտումներ, ընտրությունների և ընտրությունների օրը արձանագրված իրավախախտումներ և երրորդ՝ հետընտրական ընթացքում արձանագրված իրավախախտումներ:
«Քարոզարշավի ընթացում ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստացվել և քննարկվել է ընդհանուր 81 հաղորդում, որից 26-ն առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշեր պարունակող, իսկ 55-ը ստուգման ենթակա այլ տեղեկություններ, հիսունվեցը՝ ՀՀ մարզերում, մյուսները՝ Երևանում»,-ասաց Աշոտ Սարգսյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ հաղորդումներից երեքը գտնվում են քննչական կոմիտեում, մեկ դեպքով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: «17-ն անհիմն լինելու պատճառաբանությամբ թողնվելել են անհետևանք, իսկ 38-ով դեռևս կատարվում են ստուգումներ»,-ասաց նա:
Գնդապետը նաև ներկայացրեց խախտումների տեսակներով հաղորդումները և նշեց՝
ընտրակաշառք տալը, խոստանալը կամ ստանալը՝ 11, քարոզչական պաստառները պատռելը կամ վնասելը՝ 15, քաղաքացու ընտրական ազատ իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելը՝ 9, խուլիգանական արարք, սպառնալիք կամ բռնություն՝ 2, այլ իրավախախտումներ՝ 44:
