Ընտրությունների բովանդակությունը հեղափոխությունից հետո միանշանակ փոխվել է․ Տիգրան Ավինյան
SOCIETYԵս քվեարկել եմ հանուն ՀՀ քաղաքացիների արժանապատվության, մեր երեխաների արժանապատիվ եւ լավ ապագայի համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, քվերակություն կատարելուց հետո լրագրողներիի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը։
Տիգրան Ավինյանն ասյօր ակնկալում է ժողովրդավցարական, թափանցիկ եւ արդար ընտրություններ։
Հարցին, թե այսօր կբացառվեն ընտրակեղծիքները Ավինյանն ասաց․ «100 տոկոսով ոչ մի բան բացառել չի կարելի, ընդհանուր առմամբ կարծում եմ, որ ընտրությունների բովանդակությունը հեղափոխությունից հետո միանշանակ փոխվել է»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ընթանում են Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ առաջին արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները։
Խորհրդարանի մանդատների համար պայքարում են 11 քաղաքական ուժեր՝ 2 դաշինք եւ 9 կուսակցություն: Դրանք են՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը, մինչեւ այս տարվա մայիս իշխած Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Լուսավոր Հայաստան», «Սասնա ծռեր», ՀՅԴ, «Օրինաց երկիր», «Քաղաքացու որոշում», «Ազգային առաջընթաց», «Քրիստոնեա-ժողովրդական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունները եւ «Մենք» դաշինքը: Խորհրդարան մտնելու համար քաղաքական կուսակցությունները պետք է հաղթահարեն 5 տոկոսի շեմը, իսկ դաշինքները՝ 7 տոկոսի: Եթե անհրաժեշտ շեմը հաղթահարեն միայն երկու կուսակցություն, ապա երրորդ տեղը գրաված մրցակիցը, անկախ արդյունքներից, նույնպես մանդատներ կստանա, քանի որ Սահմանադրությունը ներկայացուցչական մարմնում երաշխավորում է նվազագույնը երեք կուսակցությունների կամ դաշինքների առկայությունը:
