Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում ԱԺ ընտրությունների ընթացքի մասին տեղեկություններ հրապարակեց Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

«Ժամը ութին մեկնարկել են ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները, ընտրողների ցուցակում ընդգրկված է 2 միլիոն 573 հազար 779 մարդ»,-հայտնեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը: Նա նաև նշեց, որ 465 քաղաքացի արդեն իսկ կատարել է իր ընտրությունը էլեկտրոնային քվեարկության եղանակով, որոնք ևս կամփոփվեն քվեարկության ավարտից հետո:

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հիշեցրեց, որ  ընտրություններին մասնակցում է 11 քաղաքական ուժ՝ 9 կուսակցություն և 2 դաշինք և ընդգրկված է ընդհանուր թվով 1444 թեկնածու:

Նա հայտնեց, որ կազմավորվել է 2010 ընտրական տեղամաս, որից տասներկուսը՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում, և որոնք կբացվեն ավել ուշ: «Սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում բացվել են 1998 տեղամասային կենտրոնները և տեղամաս այցելած ընտրողներն արդեն  կատարել են իրենց քվեարկությունը: Այսօր առավոտյան տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում ընդգրկված ընդհանուր թվով 20 հազար 99 քաղաքացիներից չեն ներկայացել 94-ը, տեղի է ունեցել յոթ համալրում»,-ասաց ԿԸՀ նախագահը և հիշեցրեց, որ հանձնաժողովները կազմվում են տասն անդամներից:

Նա ասաց, որ  գրանցումը կիրականացվի տեխնիկական սարքավորումների կիրառմամբ և հատկացվել է, ընդհանուր առմամբ, 4 հազար տեխնիկական սարքավորում: «Ժամը ութի դրությամբ գործարկվել են բոլոր տեխնիկական սարքավորումները, տեխնիկական սարքավորումների բոլոր մասնագետները ներկայացել են տեղամասային կենտրոններ: Այս պահի դրությամբ տեխնիկական սարքավորումների աշխատանքի հետ կապված տեղեկատվությունը հավաքագրվում է»,-ասաց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը և նշեց, որ հինգ տեխնիկական սարքավորման պարագայում առաջացել են խնդիրներ, և օպերատիվ կարգով արձագանքվում են բոլոր խնդիրների դեպքում:

 

Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ հավատարմագրվել է տեղական 70 զանգվածային լրատվամիջոց՝ 120 ներկայացուցչով, 30 օտարերկրյա զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցից՝ ութսուն ներկայացուցիչ: Նա նշեց, որ այս պահին ընտրությունն ընթանում է բնականոն ընթացքով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքին կհետևեն ինչպես տեղական 22, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա մի շարք դիտորդական առաքելություններ։ Դրանց թվում են՝ ԵԱՀԿ Ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների և մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակը (ԵԱՀԿ/ ԺՀՄԻԳ), ԵԽԽՎ-ն, ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելությունը, ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը, ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը, ՍԻԼԲԱ-ն (Ազատության և ժողովրդավարության նախաձեռնությունների աջակցություն), Ի ԷՆԻ ԷՄ Օ-ն (Ընտրությունները մշտադիտարկող կազմակերպությունների եվրոպական ցանց)։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ոստիկանության տեղեկացմամբ, Հայաստան են ժամանել 24 երկարաժամկետ և 250 կարճաժամկետ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող փորձագետներ:
