Ընտանեկան նպաստ կստանա 105 հազ ընտանիք

Կարեն Մկոյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Շարունակվում է հաջորդ տարվա պետական բյուջեի քննարկումը: Ինչպես գիտենք, բյուջետային ծախսերի ամբողջ ծավալի շուրջ կեսը կազմելու են սոցիալական, կրթական, մշակութային և առողջապահության բնագավառների ծախսերը:
Եթե այս տարի սոցիալական ոլորտի պաշտպանության համար նախատեսված ծախսերը կազմել են 390.5 մլրդ դրամ, ապա հաջորդ տարի դրանք ավելանալու են 15 մլրդով: Նախատեսվող աճը կազմելու է 3.8 տոկոս: 2016 թվականի պետական բյուջեով սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտի ծախսերը կազմելու են պետական բյուջեի ընդհանուր ծախսերի 29.5 տոկոսը:
Այս ոլորտի ծախսերը ենթադրում են ամենախոցելի և չքավոր հատվածին ուղղված ֆինանսական աջակցություն: Այն իր մեջ ներառում է ծերության, վատառողջության, գործազրկության, բնակարանային ապահովման, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական հատուկ արտոնությունները:
Այս տարվա համեմատ 10.4 տոկոսով կավելանան սպաների և նրանց ընտանիքների թոշակների համար հատկացվող գումարները: 5.5 տոկոսով կբարձրանան նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողի սոցիալական նպաստների հատկացումները; Ինչ վերաբերում է անապահով ընտանիքներին, ապա նրանց նպաստներին կհատկացվի
38.3 մլրդ դրամ։
Սոցիալական ոլորտի ամենամեծ ծախսային ծրագիրն ընտանեկան նպաստն է, որում 2016 թվականին նախատեսվում է ընդգրկել 105 հազ ընտանիք՝ տրամադրելով 38 մլրդ դրամ:
Ոչ պակաս կարևոր է նաև նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկում ներդրված ավանդների փոխհատուցումը: Նախատեսվում է առաջնահերթ փոխհատուցել սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչների ավանդները:
