SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը ՍՈւ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի կործանման պատճառների մասին դեռ ոչ մի հստակ բան չի կարող ասել, քանի որ ընթանում է նախաքննություն: Սակայն Տոնոյանը տեսնում է երկու խնդիր՝ եղանակային պայմաններն ու մարդկային գործոնը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Տոնոյանը նշել է ինքնաթիռի կործանման հետևանքով զոհված օդաչուների հոգեհանգստի արարողությունից հետո, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
«Քանի որ հիմա նախաքննություն է իրականացվում, ինքնաթիռի կործանման պատճառների մասին դեռևս ոչ մի հստակ բան չեմ կարող ասել: Կա երկու խնդիր՝ և՛ եղանակային պայմանները, և՛ մարդկային գործոնը»,- նկատեց Տոնոյանը:
Անդրադառնալով լուրերին, թե պատճառը եղել է մառախուղը՝ Տոնոյանն ասաց, որ դա եղել է ռազմական նշանակության ինքնաթիռ, և դրանք կիրառվում են տարբեր եղանակային պայմաններում:
«Ես հիմա ոչ մի բան բացառել չեմ կարող: Նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է: Մենք կորցրել ենք մեր ընկերներին, հետագայի համար ճիշտը պետք է պարզվի»,-նշեց նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը:
Տոնոյանի խոսքով՝ վարկածները բազմաթիվ են, սակայն նեղ մասնագիտական խնդիր է, աշխատելու են փորձագետները, որպեսզի հետագայում այսպիսի միջադեպերից խուսափեն:
ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ՍՈւ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի վթարի հետևանքով մահացել են օդաչուներ՝ փոխգնդապետ Արմեն Բաբայանն ու մայոր Մովսես Մանուկյանը:
Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին՝ ժամը 10.20-ի սահմաններում, կորել էր կապը ամենօրյա մարտական պատրաստության պլանով ուսումնամարզական թռիչք իրականացնող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ՍՈՒ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի հետ:
Ինքնաթիռը կործանվել էր Մարալիկի տարածաշրջանի լեռներում: Ինքնաթիռը թռիչքային երթուղի էր դուրս եկել ժամը 10.06-ին` Գյումրու օդանավակայանից: ՍՈւ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի կործանման փաստի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
