Կայացել է Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժի տարելիցին նվիրված դասախոսություն
SOCIETY«Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ում նախօրեին կայացել է 1988 թ. Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժի 30-ամյա տարելիցին նվիրված դասախոսություն:
ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկացմամբ՝ միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ, կազմակերպության ՔՊ շտաբի պետ Կարեն Փահլևանյանը, ՔՊ և արտակարգ իրավիճակների տեսուչ Գարիկ Ղամարյանը և ՊՈԱԿ այլ աշխատակիցներ։
Դասախոսություն-քննարկման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել երկրաշարժերի ծագմանը, առաջացման բնույթին/բնածին, տեխնածին/երկրաշարժի մագնիտուդին, Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի սեյսմոլոգիական բնութագրին, ավերման գոտու խնդիրներին, վնասի չափին, մարդկային կորուստներին։
ՊՈԱԿ-ի ՔՊ և արտակարգ իրավիճակների տեսուչ Գարիկ Ղամարյանը ներկայացրել է երկրաշարժից հետո աղետի գոտում տիրող իրավիճակը, խոսել փլատակներից ողջ դուրս բերված վիրավորների, հոսպիտալացվածների, աղետի գոտուց տարհանված և Հայաստանից դուրս գտնվող առողջարաններում բուժում ստացած բնակչության մասին։ Նրա խոսքով միայն նյութական կորուստների արժեքը կազմել է տասը միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար։
Ներկաներն անդրադարձել են նաև երկրաշարժից պաշտպանվելու կանոններին ինչպես շենք շինությունների ներսում, այնպես էլ՝ փողոցում և տրանսպորտում։
ՊՈԱԿ-ի ՔՊ շտաբի պետ Կարեն Փահլևանյանն իր հերթին կարևորել է նմանօրինակ դասընթացների անցկացումը: Նրա փոխանցմամբ Հայաստանը գտնվում է սեյսմիկ ակտիվ գոտում և շատ կարևոր է բնակչության իրազեկվածությունն, ինչպես նաև երկրաշարժի ընթացքում արագ և ճիշտ կողմնորոշվելու կարողությունը:
