SOCIETYՎերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 7-ին որոշեց կալանավորել ՀՀ պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է 2008-ին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ։
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբան Ռուբեն Սահակյանը հայտարարեց, որ սա «միանշանակ քաղաքական որոշում է»։
