Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Միլան կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպեց Չեխիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Տոմաշ Պետրժիչեկին: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շնորհավորեց իր գործընկերոջը նշանակման կապակցությամբ և մաղթեց ամենայն հաջողություն կարևոր այդ առաքելությունում:

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Տոմաշ Պետրժիչեկը մտքեր փոխանակեցին երկու երկրների միջև հաստատված շահավետ փոխգործակցության և հայ-չեխական հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերի շուրջ: Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծեցին փոխադարձ պատրաստակամությունը քայլեր ձեռնարկելու երկկողմ օրակարգի առավել ընդլայնման և խորացման համար առկա ներուժի լիարժեք օգտագործման ուղղությամբ: Այս առնչությամբ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանը որպես գործնական համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղություններ առանձնացրեց նորարարության, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների և սմարթ զարգացման ոլորտները՝ կարևորելով տվյալ հարթակում առկա փորձի փոխանակմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի նախաձեռնումը:

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն իր չեխ գործընկերոջը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական վերջին զարգացումները և անդրադարձ կատարելով արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի կառավարության հանձնառությունը՝ ժողովրդի կողմից տրված լայն մանդատի հիման վրա ապահովելու ազատ, արդար և ժողովրդի կամքն արտահայտող ընտրական գործընթաց:

Հայաստանի և Չեխիայի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարները մտքեր փոխանակեցին Հայաստան-ԵՄ գործընկերության շուրջ: Այդ համատեքստում Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ Արևելյան գործընկերության 10-ամյա հոբելյանը լավ առիթ է անդրադառնալու արձանագրված ձեռքբերումներին և ուրվագծելու համատեղ աշխատանքի հեռանկարները՝ առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով երիտասարդությանը:

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն իր չեխ գործընկերոջը ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումն ու մոտեցումները: Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանի համար առաջնայնություններն են Արցախի կարգավիճակը և անվտանգությունը, իսկ գործընթացի առաջմղման համար կարևոր է խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի ձևավորումը՝ առաջին հերթին նախկին պայմանավորվածությունների անշեղ կատարման, հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների և ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության դադարեցման միջոցով:
