SOCIETY«5-րդ ալիք» Հ/Ը-ն ֆիլմ է պատրաստել «Մարտի 1-ի» գործի վերաբերյալ, որտեղ իր տեսակետն է ներկայացնում նաև ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ով «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով մեղադրյալ է։
Նա պատմեց, որ ծանուցման մասին իմացել է, երբ Հունաստանում էր, տեղեկացրել են ընտանիքի անդամներն ու իր գրասենյակի աշխատակիցները։ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ իր համար ծանուցումն անակնկալ չի եղել։
«Բավականաչափ հայտարարություններ կային, որ «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով քննությունը պետք է ակտիվացվի, և այս տեսանկյունից ծանուցումն ինձ համար անակնկալ չէր։ Ինձ մոտ վերադառնալու, չվերադառնալու հարց ընդհանրապես չէր առաջացել, բավական երկար ժամանակ մամուլում հնչեցվում էին տարբեր մտքեր մարտի 1-ի վերաբերյալ, և այդ ամենը կապվում էր իմ անվան հետ։
Ես մտածեցի, որ սա լավ առիթ է նաև այդ գործի քննության շրջանակում ցույց տալ հանրությանը, որ որևէ առնչություն չունեմ այդ 10 զոհերի հետ։ Այդ տեսանկյունից միայն դրական էմոցիաներ ունեի գործի քննության վերաբացման ու շարունակության վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը նկատեց, որ ինքն ի սկզբանե ՀՔԾ է հրավիրվել որպես վկա, բայց ներկայանալուց անմիջապես հետո իրեն մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց։
«Բացի մեղադրանք առաջադրելուց, նաև որոշում կայացվեց, որ դիմեն դատարան կալանավորման հարց լուծելու համար, և միանգամից տպավորություն ձևավորվեց ինձ մոտ, հետագայում հիմնավորվեց, որ այս քննչական խումբը նպատակ չունի այս գործը բացահայտելու, այլ կա նշանակված մեղավոր, և իրենք ամեն ինչ պետք է անեն այդ մեղքն ապացուցելու համար»,- շարունակեց Քոչարյանը։
Նա հայտարարեց նաև, որ հիմա իր համար զարմանալին այն է, որ այդ նույն պաշտոնյաները շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել:
