Մեր սահմանին պետք է կանգնեն ոչ թե 18 տարեկան զինվորներ, այլ վարժ զինվորականները: Ճիշտ է, ապրիլյան պատերազմին մեր տղաներն ապացուցեցին, որ հայրենիքի համար ատրաստ են անել ամեն ինչ՝ անգամ կյանքը զոհել, բայց պետք է խնայենք մարդկանց կյանքը: Մեր տղաների կորուստները, սպիեր են, որոնք չեն վերանա: Զոհվածների ծնողներին մենք կարող ենք միայն մխիթարել ու ջերմ վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերենք: Այս մասին ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ասաց Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում անցկացված քարոզարշավի ժամանակ:

Ներկայացնելով «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ծրագրային դրույթները` Ծառուկյանը խոսեց այնպիսի կարևորագույն դրույթների մասին`  ինչպիսին է օրինակ ուսանողների վարձավճարները:

Իր խոսքում առաջնորդն ընդգծեց.  «Բազմաթիվ քաղաքական գործիչներ կան, որոնք պնդում են՝ ուսանողները մեր ապագան են, բայց նրանք ոչինչ չեն արել ուսանողների հանար»: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հիշեցրեց. «Ինքն իր անձնական գումարներով մշտապես աջակցել է ուսանողներին, բայց դա պետք է արվի պետական մակարդակով»:

«Ուսանողը գումարի պատճառով չպետք է դուրս մնա: Կարելի է ուսանողների հետ պայմանագրեր կնքել. Նա ուսումը ավարտելուց հետո աշխատանքի կանցնի ու կվճարի իր ուսման վարձը: Տնտեսությունը պետք է զարգանա գիտության հիման վրա, ոչ թե էժան աշխատուժի: Կարմիր դիպլոմով ավարտած մարդիկ անգործ են մնում: Ծանոթ-բարեկամ կապը չպետք է գործի: Լավ սովորող ուսանողը պետք է աշխատանք ունենա», - ասաց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:

Անդրադարձ կատարելով առողջապահության ոլորտին` նա նշեց, որ առողջապահության ոլորտում ևս բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կան: «Հատկապես պետպատվերով բուժսպասարկում ստանալիս քաղաքացինբերը բազմաթիվ խնդիրների են բախվում: Այսօր մարդը հիվանդ նստում է տանը գումար չունենալով ամոթիվ չի գնում հիվանդանոց: Կարելի է վաուչեր տրամադրել մարդկանց եւ այդ ժամանակ մարդիկ ոչ թե կլինեն խնդրողի կարգավիճակում, այլ կգնան այն հիվանդանոց, որտեղ իրենց որակյալ բուժսպասարկում կտրամադրեն: Սրանք պարզապես խոսքեր չեն, սրանք լուջ խնդիրներ են, որոնց մարդիկ բախվում են առօրյայում», - ասաց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կարեւոր եւս մեկ շեշտադրում կատարեց, խոսելով բնակարանաշինության մասին. «Շատ կարևոր է, որ նորաստեղծ ընտանիքները կարողանան բնակարաններ ձեռք բերեն: Օրինակ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Աբովյան քաղաքում շենքեր են կառուցվել եւ աբովյանցիները հնարավորույթուն ունեն ամսական 65 հազար դրամ վճարել տասը տարվա ընթացքում ու բնակարան ունենալ: Պարոն Ծառուկյանը հավելեց, որ ինքը Երևանում ևս բնակարաններ կկառուցի, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան ամսական մոտ 65 հազար դրամ վճարել ու բնակարան ունենալ, միայն թե քաղաքապետը տարածք տրամադրի»:
